This company did a 900 square foot addition and remodeled our kitchen. The addition was behind schedule close to 90 days, the way the house was built has cause a moisture problem that has never been addressed, part of the issue is faulty windows were installed and neither RPM or the installer will respond or address the issue. HVAC point to the window guy, the window guy blames the HVAC guy and RPM shrugs with no solutions. As a result we have had to order new windows and deal with peeling paint in the bathroom of the addition. While this sounds bad, I dare say it is worse, the roof leaks, the finish work on the kitchen cabinets in the addition has 1/8 and 1/4 gaps that were never properly finished. The kitchen remodel has been â finishedâ for over a year and the cut list and warranty work is still not complete. The baseboard joints are awful and the paint looks like a 12 year old did it. The back splash has dark blotches in the grout and when they installed the $3000 double oven they scratched it in several places and didnâ t mention anything (I waited 9 months for delivery so we just have to live with it). Jeremy and Don are not bad people, they just do not have the ability to close out a project. The 12 month warranty is nothing more than an empty promise. I really wanted to give them a positive review, but now I feel I have to warn anyone that will listen. Over the last 2 years we have paid this company over $200,000 and the quality of work, follow through, and empty promises have been too much. Donâ t waste your time or money, they will promise you the world and cash your check, thatâ s all that I can assure you will happen.

After the windstorm ripped off a bunch of our roof, we called Jeremy and he sent his roofing guy out to take a look. He determined we needed a whole new roof and Jeremy even helped us wrangle with our insurance company (who of course didnâ t want to pay for it). He helped us get the money we needed. His guys came out and got everything finished quickly for us. Now I have a lovely new roof with shingles rated for winds up to 130 mph. Bring it on, Mother Nature!

Jeremy and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They designed a large redwood deck as well as a beautiful, big two-level playhouse for us that are still very solid and in impeccable shape after 13 years. They had a careful eye to detail, and the craftsmanship is excellent. We also talked recently with Jeremy about finishing a basement and doing other remodeling but ended up selling the house instead. For all these projects, RPM was great to work with our situation and budget and create a custom plan that would allow us to do part of the work. Trust is hard to earn and keep, especially with home contractors, and Jeremy has our full trust. RPM would be our first choice for any future home building or remodeling projects. We highly recommend them.

Jeremy did a good job, sometimes it is hard to contact him, or get a reply. But I do love the work that was performed.

Jeremy and crew were awesome to work with. They saved me when I needed a framing crew desperately and were punctual, friendly and efficient with their work. They got done in 2 days what would ve taken me over 2 weeks, did a great job and took a load of stress of my shoulders. They reframed an exterior wall replacing a chimney with huge windows and moved a door

They were very fast to get to our project and stayed within the allotted budget. They were happy to purchase materials or allowed me to purchase any materials I wanted to. They were honest, dependable, and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to others and I would also use them again!

Jeremy and his entire crew were amazing! I hired them to remodel an entire building, which was a very big project. Jeremy not only answered all of my questions, he also instilled confidence in me when I was unsure about diffent aspects of the project. The building I purchased and remodeled was older, so there were unexpected problems that came up, but they helped me through each step of the remodel. Jeremy and Don both answered all questions and made the remodeling process less stressful. I cannot thank them enough for being my contractor, and for transforming an old building into the masterpiece it is today.

RPM Construction / Jeremy was great to work with and provided high-quality custom work. This was the second home that we had Jeremy build and he did an outstanding job managing subs and communicating things that we, as new home builders, may not have anticipated. If you have ever seen the show *Fixer Upper* you know that unanticipated things happen with most construction projects, whether it be delays with weather/subs/inspectors/etc. or other issues that do not get discovered until you start construction. Issues can come up regardless of who your builder is. Jeremy is great at managing these unexpected *gotchas* and working through them to give you the best result. As an accountant I appreciate that he was transparent on the budgeting process to keep us apprised of where we stood at each stage of the building. Being able to see where we had over or under spent on our budget helped us to weigh decisions on extras or upgrades that we decided to add during the building process to get more of what we wanted. Other builders would have charged us huge change order fees for any of these upgrades or changes added after the construction started, which could have cost us way more. On our current home that Jeremy built, we had him come back to finish the basement where we decided to add a home theater screen and custom curved woodwork bench below the screen. Jeremy proposed a couple of ideas on the bench, but my wife really had set in her mind some sort of wood bench that curved out from the corners of the wall to the middle of the screen. The length of this bench posed some definite challenges to finish with the type of wood look that she wanted and we did not have any specific examples to show him of what she wanted other than to describe what was in her mind. Jeremy was able to take the ideas, consult with a couple of wood guys, and come up with a beautiful bench that really highlights the theater room. Needless to say, we chose to spend some extra money on this feature, but my wife is thrilled and the room turned out amazing!

Jeremy was great to work with. He gave a practical bid and we came in under budget using quality materials. He knows construction very well and gave us some great ideas. He takes pride in his work and made sure everything was done well. We love our addition and definitely will use Jeremy again.

Rating is no stars. 6 month project going on 19 months. Does not return calls or texts. Poor workmanship. Major issues concerning safety. Still waiting on replacing fireplace that melted new TV and could have caused a fire. The deck railing fell apart and kids could have fallen through. Even after I asked if it was ok being wobbling. Subs come to repair and leave not knowing how to fix issues. Kitchen is not what was planned. In process to file complaint with licensing board and bond.

"I am sorry that loreta feels this way. However she was not the person that I agreed to do the project for. Partway through the project she became involved in the decision making causing me to have to deal with 2 separate contact points for the same project in basically doubling the time I had to spend in the decisions of the project. This cost me a lot of time and money but I still wanted them to be happy so I just dealt with it. The time frame is inaccurate because at that point I had not had the permit for anywhere near that time frame. It does not reflect the many delays caused by weather, engineering changes / corrections that I had to chase down, or delays in owner choices which delayed many months. The owners also hired a few of their own subcontractors to do some work. several of these subcontractors had items that failed on the final inspection. After many attempts to get them back to correct the problems I finally corrected them myself in order to pass the final inspection. All safety items were inspected by the city and have been signed off on by them. I replaced the fireplace at my cost ( with a much more expensive one). We cautioned her that the TV had to be a certain distance away from the fireplace be our caution was ignored. Yes the Hand railing subcontractor improperly installed the deck railing. At my expense I ordered all new balusters (delay waiting for them to come in) and rebuilt the entire railing. It is 100% safe. the Kitchen is exactly per the drawings that she approved. She wanted to have a fridge that was flush with the front of the cabinets but did not but a fridge that was shallow enough to do that. At my expense I rdered new custom special side panels to cover more of the fridge. However it was not possible to bring the panels to the front of the fridge with out leaving a gap on the sides because of the way the fridge doors opened. I went over it with her son in law and her daughter and both of them could see the problem and agreed that I had done what could be done. I have spoken with the state licensing board and they agree that I went above and beyond what was required of me - especially because I am still owed a large sum of money. - Jeremy Roberts"

Do not use this company When Jeremy came out to give me a bid he told me everything I wanted to hear and everything they were going to do. He said it would take about 6 weeks, it took 4 months, And they did not do anything Jeremy said they were going to do. I am an elderly single lady and had saved for a long time to get this done. I really feel like he took advantage of me. My vanity top is all scratched up they even put the cheapest toilet seat on and that is all scratched up. Thinking I was dealing with an honest decent person I went ahead and paid him. He told me he would be back and take care of the vanity. But has not shown up or even answered my texts. He says he guarantees his work but once you pay him he does not answer you. Then he added on an extra $2,000 even though I was below everything on the proposal. After paying almost $16,000 for my bathroom remodel, 2 small bedrooms painted and 5 doors replaced along with 2 double closet doors I am stuck with a scratched/nicked up vanity top and a scratched up toilet seat. Very disheartening to think that there are people like Jeremy that will take advantage of elderly people. You are better off going to Lowes or Home Depot. You will get a better job done and a lot cheaper.

"It is unfortunate that this does not tell the whole story. I told the owner that timing was subject to when the project was started. She wanted it done quickly so we started the week prior to Thanksgiving. I told her that the Holidays would delay the time frame. We also found several issues with the existing home that we showed her and asked if she wanted them corrected. These also delayed the completion date. She added an additional cabinet at the end once again extending the completion date. The vanity top she choose has 2 tiny tiny abrasions that I had someone look at and they said it was done during manufacturing. I have a guy going out to take care of it. The toilet seat was the one that came with the toilet she choose. We did three punch list trying to make her happy and the toilet seat was never brought up. As for the cost - she had a detailed proposal that broke down every cost. We stayed with in those costs. The $2000.00 that was added was for change orders that she approved. We went above and beyond what was agreed upon but unfortunately I could have done the work for free and she would not have been happy."

They were fantastic in the care they took to make everything work well. I was very impressed and would hire them again without hesitation!! Their prices were fair and they completed the work they agreed to do. When there was trouble with one of the subcontractors, they were able to resolve the issue to my complete satisfaction.

We are not quite finished. It has taken longer than we planned but the subcontractors and the oversight have been outstanding. It has all worked out splendidly. They have been easy to work with and carefully kept track of the budget. I would/will hire them again in the future

This contractor is honestly interrested in meeting the needs of the homeowner. He made 5 trips to meet with me before we finalized the plans and developed a budget. The timelines of the project has been average with some problems because of weather some because of subcontractors. All calls are returned the same day.
