Wow, we are so happy we went with Hancock Signatures for our new roof! They did an exceptional job (I didn't know a roof could actually look BEAUTIFUL but I think ours does!), they were timely and fit us in quickly even though I know they have a lot of other projects, they were professional and easy to communicate with. We will absolutely use them again.

Never showed up on time. Poor workmanship. Gutters did not have the proper slope. Had to hire another company as they would not stand by their product installation. In short, they suck.

"Jim, when we started there were puddles of ice, water going into windows and ice tearing off gutter. We worked hard to eliminate the issue. You do live in park city and last year the ice damming was beyond gutter issues. We showed up 3-4 times to help with your concerns. To say we just suck is unfair considering we did help measurably. We know you are use to California and park city's weather is new to you. We wish you the best luck with your new company."

They did a fantastic job and it looks good and they even went above and beyond and did some extra stuff that they didn't have to do to make it look even better. They also cleaned up well afterwards. I have and will continue to recommend them to others.
