"Louis is a very skilled handy. Extremely knowledgeable. First rate customer service!"

"I highly recommend Falk Construction. They are very experienced and knew exactly how to meet my needs for remodeling my garage and food storage room. The quality of their work is exceptional. Throughout the process they would communicate with me and ask questions to be sure they understood what I wanted. They also completed the work earlier than the original time estimate."

"RPM Construction / Jeremy was great to work with and provided high-quality custom work. This was the second home that we had Jeremy build and he did an outstanding job managing subs and communicating things that we, as new home builders, may not have anticipated. If you have ever seen the show *Fixer Upper* you know that unanticipated things happen with most construction projects, whether it be delays with weather/subs/inspectors/etc. or other issues that do not get discovered until you start construction. Issues can come up regardless of who your builder is. Jeremy is great at managing these unexpected *gotchas* and working through them to give you the best result. As an accountant I appreciate that he was transparent on the budgeting process to keep us apprised of where we stood at each stage of the building. Being able to see where we had over or under spent on our budget helped us to weigh decisions on extras or upgrades that we decided to add during the building process to get more of what we wanted. Other builders would have charged us huge change order fees for any of these upgrades or changes added after the construction started, which could have cost us way more. On our current home that Jeremy built, we had him come back to finish the basement where we decided to add a home theater screen and custom curved woodwork bench below the screen. Jeremy proposed a couple of ideas on the bench, but my wife really had set in her mind some sort of wood bench that curved out from the corners of the wall to the middle of the screen. The length of this bench posed some definite challenges to finish with the type of wood look that she wanted and we did not have any specific examples to show him of what she wanted other than to describe what was in her mind. Jeremy was able to take the ideas, consult with a couple of wood guys, and come up with a beautiful bench that really highlights the theater room. Needless to say, we chose to spend some extra money on this feature, but my wife is thrilled and the room turned out amazing!"

"Kenny and his small crew did QUALITY work, we are pleased with the work that was performed. Kenny listened if I had suggestions and either implemented them or explained why it wasn't a good idea. Kenny was very friendly and personable to deal with. With additions you never know what you are going to run into, and ours had its challenges therefore it took 4x's as long as was predicted, which was a little disappointing. Kenny stood behind some accidental damage that his crew caused, thank you. Love our Sunroom, Thank you KP builders"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Luke did an outstanding job repairing our vinyl flooring. We had to use replacement flooring that was the closest match we could find, even though it was a slightly different size. His craftsmanship was incredible—you’d never know there had ever been a damaged section in the middle of the room. He was honest, extremely responsive, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. His attention to detail and quality of work exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Luke to anyone needing vinyl flooring repairs!"

"Oscar is, without question, one of the very best vendors / service people we have ever had to our home in our 35 years of home ownership. Oscar does great work, is professional, respectful, and very pleasant to be around. In addition, we found his prices to be more than fair...Oscar is the very best! We will use him every opportunity that we can."

"I hired Bill (Red Butte Construction) after an unpleasant spec review with another contractor. Bill was a huge relief. With his experience and professionalism we were quickly able to launch a $500,000 project. Managing and living through a remodel is stressful to say the least. Besides the inconvenience, unexpected challenges arise, timelines change, budgets explode and delays are inevitable. Bill took the stress out of the inevitabilities of any contract work. His communication and flexibility for solutions was a godsend. I was managing my project from 1000 miles away. Because of excellent communication and proactive solutions, we completed the project with minimal delays and only marginally over-budget. I recommend Bill without hesitation. Remodeling is a stressful experience. Good communication, experience, and flexibility mitigate the inevitable. Thats what you'll get with Red Butte Construction."

"Brian came across as very professional and was able to say whether he could or could not do a specific job.  He removed our old hot water heater and dishwasher and installed the new ones very quickly and professionally, leaving behind zero mess.  (a huge plus for anyone who has dealt with contractors!)  During the installation of the water heater, a cheap, existing tap valve supplying the water to our upstairs fridge malfunctioned and Brian returned the next day with a new tap valve in hand.  It has now been several weeks, and there are no leaks nor problems with either the dishwasher nor the hot water heater!  Two huge home improvements done in one afternoon.  Overall, we were very satisfied with the work and are always happy to support the small business owner!
