"They brought us samples of some tile that would match our pre-existing tile and we picked out the color. They delivered the tile at no charge. Payment for work was half before, and half afterwards. Work was completed in one week, and that's over 520 sq feet of tile. They removed the old carpet, and had to change out the old seal on the bathroom toilet."
