The job went really well. Start on the first day was late do to some car trouble with technician, but he still got the job done on time. Xavier also helped me change the grout color from my original choice, and I love the look. It changed the overall look of the house I just bought.

Tile floors look fantastic! They look like new to me. Mark did a great job explaining what the work would entail and spent a lot of time with me during the initial estimate. There was good communication throughout and fantastic results. The granite counters also looked great, but were not as bad off as the floors, so not as dramatic a difference. The technician who came to our home (sorry, I forgot his name) was very professional. Would definitely hire this company again.

The process went well. We had all wet areas (kitchen, both bathrooms, fireplace, foyer and laundry). Tile was cleaned, regrouted and sealed and granite counter tops done. Everything looks clean and crisp! Steve and Xavier were very informative and thorough!

Excellent from the initial assessment and quote to scheduling the work. The work was done over two days....on both days the Xavier arrived on, time, reviewed exactly was was being done (both days), reviewed the work completed each day and made sure I had no questions. He was professional, friendly and informative. I will definitely use again

Excellent! Todd was on time, thorough and efficient when he came out to provide an estimate. He did not try to up-sell for services I didn’t want or need. Steven, the one doing the repair work was also punctual, efficient and clean. Our old shower looks great and, more importantly, no longer leaks. I highly recommend.

After Hurricane Harvey flooding and the subsequent repairs to our home, our tile floors were in deplorable shape. Todd and Tylar were AWESOME to work with. The were very collaborative. They explained to us every step of the process and kept us in the loop though out. I would hire their team in a minute if we required any more work of this type. While the cost was not insignificant, it was reasonable. That was topped off by their services being preformed in an efficient and timely manner. The floors were all beautiful for the Holidays and many visitors. We can't thank them enough!

it went very well. Kevin did a wonderful job along with his helper, Steven. I am very happy with the results of the work as the condo is 17 years old and the tiles were quite worn out. Although the final product does not look like a new construction, the difference is incredible. I would definitely hire Sir Grout again.

They did an awesome job. They weren’t cheap. I don’t have a copy of the receipt in my computer, I don’t think I scanned it yet, so I’ll be guessing at the price. They did a really good job. They were like the last ones to do any work for us because when they were done, we didn’t want to walk on the floors. I don’t know what’s a fair price, they did a lot of work. They saved me a lot of money from replacing it, so I guess the pricing was okay too. It wasn’t cheap though. We didn’t get any other bids. Definitely for professionalism, responsiveness, the quality, all of that I would give them an “A”. I give them an “A” for pricing because they did a lot of work.

The job went fine.  I was a little worried when they left because the counter tops were cloudy and wet, but they assured me that in an hour or so they would look great.  Took about three hours, but they did come back beautiful.  The master shower looked great after the recaulking.  The work was done by Kevin and Braden

Combined with the painting we already had done, the bathroom looks like new.  We probably saved about $15000 compared to demolishing and re-building the shower and tile floor.....including other work we would have had to do such as replacing the jacuzzi tub.  This completed the makeover on our master bath and we are thrilled to have found Sir Grout.  Kevin and Chad were fantastic, informative and pleasant to have in the house.  There was minimal disruption to the household and we will be able to start using it again within a few days.  Much better than a re-build for sure.
