They were fantastic! Steven was a pleasure to deal with and his whole team was prompt, professional, kind and conversational. They were very experienced and were able to answer all of my questions with ease and provide solutions. The bathrooms are beautiful. Their attention to detail is impressive. In addition to doing a fantastic job, Steven was always very prompt in responding to my questions via text. There is no question that I will be calling Steven for work in the future. 

Painted the exterior of my house and also power washed it.. couldn't be more happy looks brand new. fair price and worth every penny.

Steven came with his crews and painted my 2 story house from top to bottom the pressure washed it to get all the dirt mildew, and falling paint off, then he painted the trim and then began painting the entire house. I had also asked him if he could paint the black balcony gates and he offered to change it for free, he also changed a piece o rotten wood I had on my garage for free. 
I am very satisfied with his work, I received a couple quotes before calling him and the were charging me 20,000 plus.
Not to mention his price was cheaper. his quality of work was excellent and he did a few things for free.
I am very happy with his work and will be my go to painter each and every time, he also does a lot of other work so i will call him when i decide to renovate my office and kitchen.

My experience with contractors is not so good, 1 reason being that I have no idea what really has be done. Mr Pineda walked me thru the entire house and explained everything to me perfectly. He told me that if I wanted to I could check with other painters to see if his price was fair. I later found out that it was more than fair. Mr. Pineda also provided me with a stack of papers which shows that he is licensed and insured, as well as tons of reference letters from previous jobs that he insisted I call. I was more then please and satisfied with his work. He was there on time every morning, the job was spectacular and he walked me thru the whole process answering any questions I had a long the way (most contractors hate having people around watching/looking at them).
I will definitely be giving him a call for my daughter in laws house. :)

I originally received his number from the Sherwin Williams store on Montrose. They said he was highly recommended so I didn't give it a second thought when calling him. The whole process was smooth and easy. Steven told me everything that needed to be done. He told me that he would provide everything upfront until the job was done and I was satisfied. He also gave me the option of getting the material myself but told me that he got a better discount and that he could provide me with the receipts which gave a me sense of relief. Everything was easy and stress free. Im getting more work done for the exterior and will definitely be giving him a call back.
