The owner and employees were very friendly and polite during the whole cleaning. They have all the necessary equipment including scrubbers, brushes, polishers, sprayers, extraction equip, fans, etc. The house smells wonderful... clean, fresh, no chemical smell. The carpets are soft and fluffy again. During the estimate, James noticed a small piece of carpet missing where the dog had chewed it. He offered to patch the spot in the carpet (at a very reasonable price) using some spare carpet we had.
