"Planet Green did an amazing job. This is the second time I have used them and both were great. I had a new shower built with white subway tile on the walls and porcelain tile on the floor with black grout. The contractor who did the grout did a terrible job. The grout was uneven, grout was all over the wall and floor tile, and it was an absolute mess. Planet Green cleaned it up and made it look great. They are easy to work with and show up on time. Would definitely recommend."

"While the cleaning went OK, I wasn't informed as to the mess the polish would leave on the surrounding back splash, refrigerator, stove top, and floor. If I would have been informed, I would have used plastic to cover those areas. The polisher they use with the liquid polish left a mess that required multiple cleanups. We are still cleaning up the spray. Suggest Cross Cleaning use plastic to cover the "over-spray" areas."

"Great! We initially contacted Fiesta for a quote to replace our pool lights that went bad after about 5 years, when the pool was built. After receiving multiple quotes, Fiesta was able to come out the quickest and also had the best price. Everything went great and the lights work perfectly! A few days later our water features started acting funny... We called Fiesta and they sent Dwayne (I believe that was his name) back and it was determined we needed a new pump lid. They purchased immediately and was able to install the next day. Features worked perfectly afterwards! A week or so later the remote would say the floor cleaning system was on but it wasn't, and when I turned it off with the remote, the system would turn on. I tried everything imaginable to fix and no luck. I called and spoke to Landon and he got us in right away. He fixed it and also tested all our water features and marked the pump valves for me so I know which valves correspond to the particular water feature. He also checked the floor system to ensure all the heads faced the correct direction and all parts were in working order. He helped us SO much on that visit and charged WAY less than I expected! (thank you!) Fiesta is definitely our new 'go to' for any pool problems we have. I highly recommend!"

The ceramic floors were mopped but shoddily i.e. mopped around small throw rugs, and around the cat's hairball that was spit on the floor that I didn't know about. They were ready to leave before the 2 hours, but I pointed out an area that wasn't done. They were receptive to cleaning it, but must I watch over them to point each item out?"
