I am totally pleased with the work done, as well as the plumber himself. BMF owner Joe Brawner understood the problem and the importance of fixing the leaks ASAP. The real problem was that, because the leaks hadn’t caused any damage yet, the water was cut off at the meter, leaving us with no running water. Joe was called the afternoon of my move-in, and the next morning, Joe was there. He methodically identified the leaks and fixed them, then turned on the water to check for more leaks and fixed them. "Tim was very responsive, courteous, and effective. They did the job quickly. Had permits and inspection done fast. Cleaned up everything and made sure we were happy with it all before he left. We have him a memory stick and he gave us a copy of the video of the inside of all the plumbing done. I also got emails for the invoices and receipts right away. I would definitely hire them again. They were a priced a little bit more than other quotes (but not ridiculous like the big plumbing guys in town!) but they were worth it. I hired them because I felt more confident that they could do the job the best and it was worth a little extra money. They gave us a 10 year warranty. Would hire them again for sure."

We got everything we wanted and for a great price. Also, everyone involved in the project was nice and respectful.
