"Tim was very responsive, courteous, and effective. They did the job quickly. Had permits and inspection done fast. Cleaned up everything and made sure we were happy with it all before he left. We have him a memory stick and he gave us a copy of the video of the inside of all the plumbing done. I also got emails for the invoices and receipts right away. I would definitely hire them again. They were a priced a little bit more than other quotes (but not ridiculous like the big plumbing guys in town!) but they were worth it.
