"The home had a water event. ARC Construction was hired to remove sheetrock, baseboards and cabinet toe kicks to open up areas for drying purposes. Additionally ARC supplied dehumidifiers and blowers to assist in the drying process.The base cabinets had a 31/2” toe kick area less the thickness of tile and grout (approx.1/2”) and the front of the cabinets extended down approx.1/2”. Floor tile and grout was tight to the base cabinets. The grout had to be cut out to remove Toe kicks and the customer expected this. ARC did not chip tile under cabinets The customer was home during this work, the work was completed to his satisfaction and never indicated any displeasure with the work that was done."
