Our inspectors are ACAC Certified and have the CIE title, (Council Certified Indoor Environmentalist). We are also licensed Mold Assessor Consultants in Texas. We do indicator tests that reveal the potential for the following contaminants: All types of Microbial Growth including but not limited to Viruses, Bacteria, House Dust Mite Allergens, Pet Dander, Soot, Smog, Tobacco Smoke, Cooking Smoke, Oil Smoke, Wood Smoke, Auto Emmissions, Suspended Atmospheric Dust, Settling Dust, Lung Damaging Dust, Asbestos, Lint and others.We also measure Total Volatile Organic Compounds (1000,s of Various Chemicals in the Air), temperature, humidity, sewer gas, carbon monoxide & carbon dioxide. If you have a problem we will find the nature of the contaminant and where it is coming from. This should be enough information to rectify most issues.

I had mold under my refrigerators and I had called several companies, and they all quoted me these ridiculously high prices . I got the call from Joel Fallas and he came over here within an hour. He was so quick. He looked at the problem, I said I was going to pay you for this, and told me what to do to get rid of the mold. I tried to pay him and he said no. He said I will not take your money. I did what he told me to do and I got rid of the mold, and he called me later that day to see how it works and make sure if I was happy,, and I said yes. I just what to tell how honest this man.

Indoor Air Quality Testing
Joel's instruments showed I have very poor air quality. Now, I have to have my HVAC system checked and if that is not the root of the problem, then I have to test for mold although mold is not readily evidenced in the home. Time and next steps will tell.

"$25000 worth of equipment that rents for $1000.00 per day! Without the education and licensing required to be able to operate this equipment and interpret the results, not to mention the long drive to get to your home! Found your issues and guided you to the solution! Sorry that you are upset with the bad results and the truth but you obviously do not appreciate what we did for you. What else do you want from customer service? If I did something wrong, please tell me! But do not give me 3.5 stars for customer service and value for the money based on an emotional response! I had an incredibly positive experience with IAQ Analytical. I hired them because they seemed like a company that would conduct an inspection with the level of detail I needed. The guy that came out was very very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. It made a world of difference for my family and I. He took his time and analyzed every room in the house and provided a very comprehensive report that significantly added in our decisions. Our home sustained water damage after a storm and we knew we had mold/microbial growth in a few sports, but it was nearly impossible to tell where all it was without pulling out all the drywall and insulation. IAQs report gave us the exact information we needed to fix the right areas without entirely gutting our house. It literally saved us thousands of dollars and provided us the info we needed to treat the right areas thoroughly and efficiently. I can not recommend them highly enough!
