They were all done efficiently and quite satisfactorily (attic ladder, gutter downspout replacement, rotten wood, and patio cover repair). The patio cover required disassembling the metal structure, extracting damaged polycarbonate skylight panels, and replacement. Victor knew exactly how to do it and, although finding the replacement panels required more than a simple visit to the local Home Depot, Victor managed to locate the exact material and our patio cover is beautiful and light-filled again. We appreciated his work ethic so much (showed up when he said he would, worked all day, cleaned up afterwards), we added another task to wash the siding and bricks on the house and garage. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the work he provided. You cannot go wrong hiring this pro."

"Marygrove Awning was very responsive to my first inquiry. It was mid November when I first contacted them and we we had a very tight time frame that the new awning cover needed to be installed. Our awning is over the front of our business and is in a historic district. We could not have the old retractable frame removed and replaced with a newer type. Understandably , the company could not guarantee their work on the existing frame. Not having a guarantee concerned me but under the circumstance we had no choice. The day of installation was bitterly cold and windy. Two workers showed up on time and worked steadily in the bitter cold on a piece of equipment (our old awning frame) they previously had very little if any experience with. I was very impressed with how well they worked. It works beautifully 8 months later and we are pleased. I highly recommend MaryGrove Awning. If you have an old retractable frame like ours this firm is able to step up and take care of the situation. The two guys who worked that very cold rainy day on a very old piece of equipment should be very proud of the job they did.
