I worked with Tom on the initial estimate, Martin on the actual work to be done and Jed Mowell, the owner, who came out twice to make sure all work was completed timely and to my satisfaction. Jed even sent me a fruit basket the day after I had some surgery during the project. I can't say enough positive things about their timeliness, the work product they produced and the communication during the entire project.
