Sam, the owner of Greenscape Innovations, came to the house exactly at the scheduled time to scope the project and give us a bid.  At our request, he gave us a partioned bid so that we could choose to do all or part of the requested work.  I requested some changes in the type and kinds of plantings.  Sam worked with me and we agreed on a list of plants. 

we accepted his bid and the next day his office manager scheduled an appointment.  his crew showed up exactly on time and completed the patio in one day.  the next day they landscaped the front yard.  the work done was exactly as shown in the final diagram.  they were unable to finish laying all the sod necessary that day, but came back later and finished laying it.

the crew was very professional, did quality work, and cleaned up at the finish of each day.

we had paid one-half of the amount of the bid upfront and Sam did not bill us for the remaining amount until all the work was completed.

we were so impressed by the work that was done that we requested a bid from Sam for continuing lawn maintenance.  his bid was reasonable and we signed a contract.  his crews have done our lawn maintenance for 2 months and we are very satisfied with it.

They were all done efficiently and quite satisfactorily (attic ladder, gutter downspout replacement, rotten wood, and patio cover repair). The patio cover required disassembling the metal structure, extracting damaged polycarbonate skylight panels, and replacement. Victor knew exactly how to do it and, although finding the replacement panels required more than a simple visit to the local Home Depot, Victor managed to locate the exact material and our patio cover is beautiful and light-filled again. We appreciated his work ethic so much (showed up when he said he would, worked all day, cleaned up afterwards), we added another task to wash the siding and bricks on the house and garage.
