"We had the folks from Rolltex install storm and hurricane shutters on our home. We interviewed and received quotes from several vendors and we checked references, the BBB, Angie’s List, etc., but it our experience with the Rolltex team that convinced us that they were the vendor of choice. Prior to our decision Juan Jr. and his Uncle arrived onsite and went over the installation. One of our major concerns was the electricity to operate the motors for the shutters. Juan Jr. took the time to explain how and where they would get the electric and that we would not experience any collateral issues but if something should occur then they would resolve it. They called the day before to confirm our installation and the team arrived on time. They worked through the day and finished the job the same day as promised. They took the additional time to guarantee all testing was complete and that all of the shutters operated, plus ensured that we were completely satisfied and happy with the product and their installation. We have never experienced storm or hurricane damage in the 35 years we have lived in our home but it was time we mitigated the risk. These shutters also function as security for our home when we are away on a trip. They are managed either individually from a local remote control or can be managed remotely via a mobile application from a smartphone.
