"I can’t recommend D Michael Designs enough!! Dave was incredibly helpful from beginning to end. He was very transparent with pricing and timeline which I appreciated. His sub contractors did great work. He gave me regular status updates and I never had a late arrival with anyone on his team. The finished product of my kitchen remodel is beautiful and I am so thankful I was referred to this company. I will be using him in the future for any further projects and already recommended to friends and family."

"They did a fantastic job on my walk in shower bench repair. Other contractors didn't want to do the job because it was too small of a job or they quoted me a lot more money. Guys unlimited showed up on time, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and my walk in shower looks good as new. I will definitely use this contractor again!"

"We recently hired Affordable Renovation Services to install a door in an upstairs closet to gain access to attic space over the garage. It was somewhat complicated because duct work had to be moved, and steps installed to get from the upstairs closet to the attic floor which was lower than the closet. From the beginning it was a pleasure working with the company. Communication was excellent during the entire project. I left a message and received a call back the same day to set an appointment for an estimate on the project. The Field Manager showed up on the scheduled day, and was even a few minutes early. I received a very detailed estimate the following day. After deciding to go with this company, a start date was set and the project was completed ahead of schedule. During the whole process I was in constant communication with the Field Manager who kept me updated on when he and/or sub-contractors would arrive, etc. The job was done perfectly, and I will not hesitate to contact them again for any future projects I would like completed."

"Tom Carle was a good listener and very helpful with suggesting an architecture and design to best meet our needs and budget.  The work started on time and was completed when promised.  Throughout the contruction process Tom ensured that subcontractor work was satisfactorily performed and was attentive to every detail.  The completed addition exceeded our expectaions!

"We hired CQS Construction for a smallish exterior landscaping/electrical project, and their service was top notch. The crew was available right away, and they spent the time necessary to properly diagnose the problems with our exterior landscape lighting, replace the faulty equipment, and make other necessary repairs. We will definitely hire this contractor again. I highly recommend them."

"After being stiffed by a contractor it is awesome that companies like this one exist. I want to thank you so much for your help. These guys are clean, on time and fast. They communicated and were even done a day ahead of time. Their work is really good so good I will be calling them for more work. I wanted to post more pics but it says my files are too big but they did 2 projects and both came out amazing. Thank you guys and I wish yous the best of luck in the future. See ya soon."

"Alan and his team did an awesome job and took great care of us! He answered our call and immediately came to see us (on his day off) to conduct an estimate and start the job. Everything looks like new and all the other jobs were done perfectly! Alan and the team cleaned everything and even disposed of the large boxes from the chandeliers and ceiling fan for us. "Elliot gave us the most professional quality of work and assisted in advising us on the processes with the contract work and making sure that we had comparable quotes so that we could make wise decisions at different points in the project. He personally oversaw the work and made sure that the multiple contractors had every detail corrected down to the smallest of nicks or scratches in the sheetrock. The quality of his work is unmatched by any contractor I have ever worked with. He was so trustworthy and loyal to us as a customer. I would recommend him 110%."
