After the new siding was painted, the exterior looks like a new construction home. From the initial meeting with Jon, thru the construction process with Mike and Aleks and his crew, and the final walkthrough I feel that my all concerns were addressed. You can tell they really care about their work and check every detail. There was a significant delay because a winter storm hit in the middle of construction, but I was amazed at how well just the new insulation and wrap held up for a week before work was able to resume. "From start to finish, David worked with us through several scope changes and adjusted the contract as required. Jimmy and his seasoned crew made quick work of our old failing siding, installing fresh new Hardie siding, caulking and painting. This project involved a chimney and even when issues arose with the flashing, they quickly came out and made repairs. While here, they even cleaned our gutters. We will be using Spartan Contractors for the remainder of the house siding replacement in the spring and eventually replace our windows using them.
