From the moment we contacted Renovate Paint and Design, Charles Loveless, Vice President, was very responsive, knowledgeable and informative. Their bids were very comprehensive and competitive for the exterior painting we wanted done. The painters for our project were, Elvin and Cristian. The preparation included items such as power washing, mold treatment, surface repairs, etc., their painting was detailed, and exceeded our expectations. You could tell that they cared about our project too! The Project Manager, Barbara Hernandez, was meticulous in her inspection of the work performed. We recommend them highly! I recently had the master bath in my home remodeled by RENOVATE, PAINT AND DESIGN. And I have a few choice words on the quality of the work; and the responsiveness and friendliness of the individuals involved (Gary, Blake and their crews): “excellent”, “above and beyond”, “top notch”! I am very satisfied with and very much enjoying my new bathroom! The project took longer to complete than I expected but was well worth the wait. The quality of the work and materials is the best. Gary and Blake continually kept me informed about progress and always responded promptly and patiently when I came up with random questions. If you choose RPD for your project, I do not think you will be disappointed.

I am pleased with the interior work that Renovate Paint & Design completed at my home in April 2023. They scraped popcorn ceilings, painted 3 bedrooms and hallway, installed new baseboards and doors. Blake, the project manager, stayed in constant communication with me throughout the project. He stopped by daily to assess progress and quality of work as well as answer all of my questions. Elgin and his helpers did beautiful work - being attentive to details. He exhibited pride in his craft. The workers were very respectful and professional. I love the results!

RPD is the BEST painting company to hire hands down! They were so thorough from the beginning to the end of the project. We were provided with helpful consultations to choose our paint and stain selections. The crew was always prompt, professional and detail oriented. The price was very fair and included wood work that other companies wanted to charge additional fees.

We are extremely happy with the quality work done by Renovate Paint and Design. The owner, Charles Loveless, was incredibly helpful and responsive from the proposal process through the end of the project. We appreciated his suggestions for the exterior work we wanted to do on our home. In addition, his entire team was a pleasure to work with. They arrived every morning on time and worked hard throughout the day. Blake and Barbara were easily accessible by phone and kept us posted on the progress of the work. In the matter of a week, the team completely transformed the exterior of our home with new paint, lighting, stucco work and wood paneling on our patio ceilings. The company provided an estimate quickly. They were within the price range of other estimates but showed much more confidence in the project we wanted done. Not only did we need the exterior cleaned and repainted, but the posts on back porch needed to be replaced and with a more natural chunky look. Charles and Blake were extremely professional and honest during every step. The work crew was on time or early every day and more than efficient. All of our estimates were 4-6 days of work. RPD knocked it out in 3. This included all cleaning, prepping, wood fixes, replaces posts, refinishing front door, painting and replacing window shutters. We will definitely hire them again when we decide to work on the inside.

Renovate Paint and Design casts itself as “a professional, reputable and fully insured painting and remodeling contractor.” They earn and deserve that claim. After eleven years, our house needed exterior painting, some associated carpentry repairs and preventive maintenance. Charles walked the property and saw a number of items needing attention, some of which we had overlooked. There was NO up-sell pressure; just reasonable recommendations observed by an experienced, fastidious eye (e.g., including the need for a small area of roof work). The estimate was clearly written and explained. The RP&D team - usually 3 workmen - arrived on the days and times expected. They were courteous and professional. No micromanagement was needed, but the work I did observe was very precise. The project was completed in three work days: Prep work including power washing, scraping, sanding, cleaning; caulking and carpentry; masking; painting; door repair; replaced some window screens. After each work day, the grounds were picked up and supplies were stored unobtrusively on site. At the end of the project, Charles did a walk-around and, truthfully, was more critical than we were in noticing a few final touches and having them quickly addressed. He encouraged us to bring anything subsequently found to his attention. The grounds were thoroughly cleaned of trash and debris, and excess paint was neatly placed in our garage. Renovate Paint & Design may not be the least expensive contractor, but of the three bids I received (one $800 more; another $500 less) they were the best value, which clearly was proven by the care and quality of the finished product. If you want a professional, well managed, versatile, turn-key service, these folks should be on your radar. I would use Renovate Paint & Design again, and recommend them without hesitation.

They arrived on time as promised. They were neat and cleaned up at this end of each day. They estimated 3.5 to 4 days and were done in 3 days. Changed the whole look of the kitchen. Much brighter.

Charles was very professional and helpful on selecting colors. Barbara helped keep the team on task. Alex and his team were tremendous on performance. Charles and the Renovate P&D team are awesome! I took bid from 3 paint companies to handle interior painting of my downstairs (hallways, living room, dining room, kitchen, kitchen nook, family room (20+ ft ceilings), stairwell (15 ft ceilings), and master bedroom entryway – walls only, not trim or ceiling). He was most competitive in price, did not nickel and dime, provided valuable insight to color selections sections to paint and was utmost professional. His team was on-time, conscientious, and bending over backwards to do a great job. They patched my walls, carefully took down/hung up drapes, blinds and decos, and did a thorough clean up. He estimated 3 full days, but only took 2 days - that alleviated a lot of pressure/stress of having the house out of place. He came back o the 3rd day to do touch ups. Charles and Brenda stopped in regularly to ensure work going as scheduled and to my satisfaction. Always available to answer my questions too. Charles even came in and helped cleaned and get things back to normal. He called the day after to make sure everything looked good. Great company. Great team. Would hire again. My house looks great thanks to them. Do yourself a favor and hire them for interior painting. In fact, I have another job lined up as I had a non-related water leak inside the house and now have to re-do a kid’s bathroom and master closet. However, it is a great relief knowing the RDP will be taking care of it.

The RP&D estimate was competive using the highest quality elastomeric and acrylic Sherwin Williams paint. Charles Loveless, the owner of the company, thoroughly explained the types of paints that would be used and the exterior painting process. The two man crew worked with speed and precision. This job involving three colors, two types of paint and two coats of paint was completed in just four days. The house just looks fabulous. In addition, the front door was completely refinished and the result is a thing of beauty. I plan to use RP&D on future projects and highly recommend Charles and his team.

Charles gave our various projects a good review and estimate for some minor repairs, stucco and door painting and cedar trim staining. The job was delayed by a couple days due to a previous job, but when the 2 man crew showed up they made short work of it all. Charles and the painters found some minor damage that we had missed and added that to the job. We even added interior painting to the job. We are very pleased with how it all turned out.
