Wonderful team and great products! Both teams, tile and carpet, were punctual, experts and diligent in their work and it shows (you cannot see one single seam in the carpet, not even in the closets). In addition, Stephanie and John Landers are wonderful to work with and have exquisite ideas if you are having trouble picking out options. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Tile crew FAILED to thoroughly clean up after completing tile work. Not only did I have to scrape up grout off my kitchen counter top & side of kitchen cabinets, I also had to wipe the floor tile to remove globs of dried grout. The crew left white liquid spots on my garage floor, sidewalk as well as my driveway. They did not use a drop cloth in the front yard which was used as their place to cut the tile during installation. I even had to use a garden hoe to scrape up dried hard grout water that was dumped in my front yard and side of driveway. Since my realtor was arriving the next day to take photos of the house for their website, I had to hurry & do as much clean up as possible. I was very disappointed & angry to learn that the flooring manager spoke to the supervisor of the crew & confirmed that he, indeed, cleaned up everything before leaving my lease house. No one from Landers Premier Flooring bothered to come by & see the problem I had at my lease house. VERY POOR customer service, total lack of respect and professional courtesy is why I will NOT use them again.

They took up the old carpet and installed new carpet in the whole house.  They were on time, worked very hard and cleaned up behind themselves.  Excellent job.

Great service.   I visited several flooring stores prior to visiting Landers.     The other stores we not nearly as professional or prompt with estimates.

We obtained this company's name from research online, BBB & Angie's List and all of these gave Lander's very high marks for quality, sales & installation.  We made an appointment to visit their show room and found it fully stocked with all the wood flooring choices you would ever want to see.  We wound up speaking with three employees about various questions we had and all were extremely helpful.  We were lucky in that one of the product displays was exactly what we were looking for.  Dale took our information, set up a time for him to measure the room we wanted to floor and showed up precisely on time.

The cost of the product was fair and we were able to take all the primed wood molding with us so we could paint them prior to install.  We were impressed on the day of our install when at least 7 gentlemen showed up on time and within 5 minutes had all the furniture (we had relocated some ourselves to save time) moved and 20 minutes later all 600+ SF of carpet and pad were gone.  Then hand scraped the concrete slab, floated it with a concrete prep and continually cleaned all the areas they were working in.  They were all professional, courteous and we are confident the floors were installed perfectly.  The supervisor onsite asked if we were satisfied before leaving.

The only small issue we had was that one short run of threshold (from the wood to kitchen tile) was a little loose when stepped on.   I called the store and was advised one of the installers would contact me to make any necessary adjustments.  Within an hour I received that call and the next day (on a Saturday) he showed up on time and decided to take up all 25' of the threshold and reinstall it. 

We were not charged the balance of the cost of the flooring until Dale called a few days later to insure we were completely satisfied with our new flooring. 

Bottom line --- outstanding customer service, product and installation.  We highly recommend this professional flooring company.

We contacted Landers flooring (based on Angie's list reviews and the work they did for my parents) to address repairs for engineered hardwood floors damaged by flooding last October.   Our first visit was to their store and they advised us to wait for a few months to let the floors dry out which we did.   Once the floors stabilized they came to our floor and gave us an assessment of which areas needed replacement.   They never tried to convince us to "rip and replace" the entire floor.   We had them order cartons of replacement flooring and due to a mistake on OUR part the wrong floors were ordered.  They then helped us locate the correct floors (which was big effort for them since ours were discontinued and they had to track down spare cartons).  Finally they did the work and the quality of work was excellent.   I would definitely use them again if we need work.   I also highly recommend the expensive glue they use for engineered hardwood floors.  That saved us $$,$$$ when we were flooded.

Landers Premier Flooring provides a great selection of flooring with the added touch of having sales staff that understand design and how stressful it can be selecting floors. Cristen Finnell looked at my countertop selection and ask a series of questions to guide me through deciding on my cabinet wood and color. From there, I was able to select my cork, tile, and back splashes. Cristen brought samples by the house when she was measuring and also designed the tile layout for the bathrooms including tile shelves. Installation was excellent and I'm very happy with the overall experience.

My experience with Landers Premier Flooring went pretty well. The part they refinished went really good. It looks gorgeous. They helped me select everything. They helped with the process and did it in a timely way. They were very thorough and did a meticulous job with everything. They were very detailed. The quality was really great.

When purchasing wood flooring it is important to find a place that you feel comfortable with and that will take the time to give you a detailed estimate!! Landers Premier Flooring did just that!! Cristen (flooring specialist) came out on a Saturday and measured for wood and carpet for the entire house. We received an estimate the very next day!! This was a much different experience than we previously had with Costco!!  LPF has competitive pricing and will install your wood floors correctly in ONE DAY!!! We were told by Costco that it would take a week!! REALLY????
LPF did such a beautiful job on the baseboard trim we had them come back and place them in our other two rooms that had carpet. We couldn't be happier with the service and installation of our new floors!

Installed wood floor in living room and carpet in one bedroom.  Floor mechanics are employees, not subs.  They were experienced and efficient.  Great attention to detail.

We are very impressed with Landers.  Our salesman Guy Cunningham walked us through the options on color and types of wood flooring.  We chose a beauty that also happened to be a value.  They crew arrived at 9AM and worked like a well lubricated machine.  There were 4 vans and 8 men that know exactly what they were doing.  They removed and hauled off 700+ square feet of wood that was well held in place for 25 years in 90 minutes.  They leveled the floor and replaced it with our beautiful new floor and were gone before 4PM.  They do this day in and out according to the supervisor Umberto.  We would reccommed them to anyone considering flooring.

We didn't have any single issue on the things they did before.  They seemed fine to me!  They did exactly what they said they would do!  They started on time, and they finished on time.  It was clean when they were done.  I couldn't find anything wrong with their work.  I would absolutely use them again in the future.

They were great and were on time. They didn't waste time. They got them done quickly and I was very pleased with their service. I knew what I wanted.

After my GF and I decided going with Home Depot wasn't the way to go, we gave Landers a visit. The salesman Guy was more then ready and egger to give us the tour of the showroom. He told us the product from the big box store wasn't the best product for the kitchen and show us what he would recommend. We ran home with the sample book to compare with the adjoining carpet and the kitchen cabinets. Long story short, floor looks great, installers were very professional. Worked very fast and did a great job. It's been nearly a month the floor looks terrific.

They installed my living, dinning hardwood floor and my steps, on November 2012, I loved their work, so I called them again to do the master bathroom.
My house had very unleveled floors, they had to level everything. I also had a very difficult design for my bathroom, it included pebbles around the countertop,  mirror and walls, also made like a pebble river beside the tub and in the shower pan. They listened to every detail I wanted and did A WONDERFUL JOB. Many pebbles had to be installed one by one. They never complained and were always with a smile. If I have to move to another house and do remodeling I will sure have them come to do the work.

After reading reviews  and interviewing 3 different flooring companies, made decision to go with Landers.  Project seemed bit overwhelming until we met Cristen at Landers.  Can't say enough positives about Cristen.... she listened to us, yet offered suggestions and ideas that made entire project both fun and better than expected.  She clearly has designer eye and guided us through a maize of options and questions we had.  Entire process involves both decision making and install teams to do each of 3 different floor types.  Each Landers install team is totally professional and skilled at each floor type we used....no subs here!  We had a point person on each team and each of them made a point at start and finish of install to make sure the "customer is totally satisfied".  This included all the prep details, doing everything possible to keep home clean before and after install and putting all the furniture back "exactly" where we wanted it.  On couple of floors, they even found some minor issues once old flooring pulled and both told me about them and fixed them on the spot.  Just watching each of these teams work is something to behold and admire!   Cristen also contacted me throughout the entire process to make sure everything was going beyond our expectations.  We unequivocally would go to Landers and Cristen for any future flooring projects and recommend them to anyone needing new flooring.

Everything went very well.  Josh DeCosmo from Landers Premier Flooring handled the whole job starting with initially driving to our house to review our requirements.  This was much appreciated since we wanted him to see the existing flooring in person, and we live in a very rural area.  Josh showed us several wood samples to match the existing flooring, and located the ceramic tile that was also needed for a match.  The installation was done on two separate days, one for the wood and one for the tile.  On both days the work crew arrived promptly and began the process of removing the carpeting and installing the new flooring.  They were efficient, courteous and completed the job with much less dust and mess than we expected.  Josh even came to our house on his day off to deliver a couple of needed pieces to complete the wood flooring trim.  We can't say enough about how happy we are with the result and the process of getting there.  We would definitely go to Landers for any future flooring requirements, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring.

Landers Premier Flooring is one of the few businesses I have worked with that acts from the Golden Rule.  From the very beginning we were greeted by the owner, John in their gorgeous and well stocked show room.  We had a very specific carpet in mind and after going to nine other carpet stores, he found what we were searching for.  After that first meeting, we had the pleasure of meeting with Stephanie Landers, also the owner and she was EXCELLENT.  She went out of her way several times to work with us on the financial end as well as the design end.  She actually tried to sell us less expensive tile, but we of flooring.  If she needed more time to work up a bid, she would let you know, versus leaving you wondering when you would hear back.  The installers were very professional and quick.  
We did have a bit of a glitch and this when the Golden Rule was fully demonstrated.  The tiles put in the bathroom ended up looking too different from each other and it was supposed to be the same die lot.  We emailed Stephanie with a picture and she quickly worked on a solution.  She wasn't defensive in anyway.  She said she wanted us to be happy and it should have been the same.  She called the business who sold her the tile and received new tiles for free from them and had her installer come back, take out the floor, redo the floor and- as a great business service recovery-tiled our second smaller bath for free.  Amazing!  The quality of the product, installation and service was superior to most experiences I have when I am getting work done on the house.

 If you are looking for flooring, you MUST check out Landers.  We live in South Austin, and it was well worth the trip to North Austin.

The wood flooring installed upstairs was done professionally, promptly, and matched the existing wood in other areas of the house perfectly. They were in and out and the only evidence that they had ever been in my house was the perfectly laid wood flooring. I would use this company again for wood flooring assuming I could have this wood installation team do my home.

The ceramic tile took much longer, the team left lunch time trash in my yard, and the end results are not as great. The gaps between the tile are not symmetric and worse in over 8 spots on the floor the exact same tile was used adjacent to one another without even turning it 90 degrees. I went with this product because there were supposed to be over 100 tile patterns making the floor appear random, this was not done and the tiles were not even turned 90 degrees, so the random effect was not achieved. I mentioned my dissatisfaction to the sales rep on a final walk through and was told that it was not the noticeable... For the money I would expect this to have been a lot more professionally installed with more attention to detail. I would not use this company for the ceramic installation again.

I gave this company a good rating because over all they knew what they were doing and their recommendations were great. If I had a better experience with the installation of the ceramic tile results I would have scored them perfectly.
