"AAA+++!!  I highly recommend this company.    This was an "ideal service call" experience.  Arise did everything right.   I had arranged for carpet installation over the weekend, and on the first day, when they were tearing out the old carpet, a plug was discovered underneath the living room carpeting, with exposed wires.  I needed an electrician urgently to come out and tell me if it was an active wire or not, and to disconnect it safely and attach a new cap or plug the hole before the carpet was installed the next day.  I called Arise and Linda answered the phone promptly, very polite, understanding and sweet, and she promised to try to contact their electrician, David, right away and see if he could fit me in that day.  She called me back right away to tell me she had left a message.  David called that afternoon, came out promptly (on a Friday afternoon!), and took care of my problem in minutes.   Fortunately the lines were already dead and I was so relieved that I could now plug up the hole and proceed with the carpet installation.   I was impressed with the professionalism,  courtesy, warmth and competence of this company.  Again, I cannot recommend this company highly enough.  They care!"
