I used Lightspeed Security to install cameras and to upgrade the alarm system. When I spoke to Omar he was very courteous and took the time to answer all my questions. I could tell he was more concerned about what my house needed and getting the job done correctly. His recommendations showed he was honest and professional. My appointment was set up quickly and the technicians showed up promptly. They were very skillful in their work and respectful of my property. Everything was professionally and neatly installed. Before they left, they made sure my house was cleaned up and that I knew how to use everything installed. The service was great and the price affordable.

Great overall experience! Omar reached out shortly after assigning project on Angie, answered all questions to satisfaction and scheduled a consultation. They showed up on time, very professional, and walked the property and listened to our thoughts. Once aligned on camera and server locations, and agreement on moving forward with the installation on the price quoted originally by Omar, they started immediately! The installation of an 8-camera system took about 4 hours, with the crew remaining professional the entire time. Once the installation was complete, they help get the app setup on our phones, and walked us through, asking that I video the instructions for future replay as we learn the system! Then, once setup on our phones, went with us to adjust all cameras to our satisfaction! Overall, very satisfied with Lightspeed-Security, from beginning to end! I would recommend them to anyone looking to install a surveillance camera system for their home or business! 5 out of 5 Star recommendation!

I called requesting 7 surveillance cameras, however, when
the expert came, he explained to me that 5 cameras would do the job. So boom,
they saved me some money at the spot. The job was neatly done, they
explained every feature and did not leave my property until I understood how to
operate the system. Pretty simple by the way, but I am not tech-savvy.
Additionally, they also sold me an alarm system with
monitoring service. Outstanding wireless alarm system controlled with my
smartphone / tablet. Great monthly rate and no installation fee. Thank you

I requested several estimates, and took a decision not only based on price but experience and professionalism. They quoted promptly and explained me all details of what they would be installing. They came within the time range they promised, installed and then explained how the system works. Days later, few questions popped up, here comes the best part, I did not have to deal with customer service, the owner answered my doubts in a lightspeed manner. The second time they came, about a year later, it was to reprogram my key fobs for the alarm, no extra cost. No issues what so ever, just a kind and professional business with the highest priority towards their clients. I will continue to recommend Lightspeed Security & Surveillance for alarm systems and surveillance cameras.
