"Julie was VERY prompt in coming to our home to give us an estimate. She brought ceramic tile for us to choose from and we really liked one of the samples. We had spare hardwood to use in the family room area. Alex, our installer, called every day he came out to tell us exactly when he would arrive. He worked efficiently and did a beautiful install on both the ceramic tile and the hardwood. Alex also removed and reinstalled the vanity and toilet. We are very pleased with the finished job."

"We had a great experience with Mike at Floor Coverings International. We wanted to continue hardwoods into another bedroom and Mike worked tirelessly to find us a match to our current hardwoods that we love. He was very communicative about the process and would quickly respond to any questions we had, even coming by multiple times to show us samples until we decided on a final option.
