Did a really good job.

Had a small water drip from a loose valve under the sink in the master bath. The water seeped into the concrete and under the solid wood floor in the family room causing the floor to buckle or crown. They removed the damaged area of the floor and replaced it with the same floor. Removed the shoe moulding. Sanded the entire floor so the repaired area and the rest of the floor would match. Applied 2 coats of polyurethane. Replaced the shoe moulding and transition pieces. Overall very good job. Not many companies do floor repair, only floor installation. This company tackled a tough job. The crew worked hard. The wood floor looks great and the damaged area can't be seen; the floor looks uniform throughout, which is what I was really worried about. I would recommend them.

They were OK, got started fast.

The worst... not on time, got here late, had to leave early, the work was just ok... not at all what I expected or I needed. Very expensive for the work that was done!

This was a deep clean. The work was very good. My house smelled of dust, texture and new paint. We couldn’t move into the house it was so bad. They came in cleaned fir 3 hours and house smelled and looked beautiful!!

CLEARLY OUTSTANDING Now that floors have been completed let me say that I could not be happier. Mr. Diego Velasco, owner and manager, was highly personable and professional in giving the estimate and stood by it. The work was done in an expeditious manner by a 2 man team than never slowed down. The result was a flawless and gleaming wood laminate foor. 5â â â â â 's Jane Barrington ( Just as an aside, 2 other companies had told me that my floor could not be saved given the age and state of the floor!)

While they removed 80% of the wax buildup on my floor, they scratched the floor with their bucket. They also pour the chemical and lents down in the sink where disposal is and didnâ t run water so the dirty chemical water just sit in the disposal tub.
