He is timely, neat and tidy, very knowledgeable regarding everything to do with the installation, excellent wood work and plumbing and i love my added bench. We can not wait for the installation of the glass to start using our new bigger and wider shower."

"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"I can highly recommend using WestShore Homes for your remodeling project. Ryan and Jesus did an excellent job, extremely pleased with the results. They took out the existing, leaking walk-in shower and replaced it with one we are very happy with. They explained the process step by step, very friendly and easy to work with. They took a job that i thought would take 2 days and completed it in one day. The job site was cleaned up when they were finished and made sure we were happy with the job performed. Wont hesitate to use them again for our next remodeling project!"
