"Our situation went from frustrating to managible, beginning with the call to Tactical Drying. We called and they promptly responded to our needs with professionalism and an array of knowledge which put my mind at ease. They assessed the situation, vacuumed, used a natural solution at my request and set up their dehumidifier. They returned the following day to assess and were able to remove their equipment. Honestly, you're not able to tell that we had any damage at all! I'm definitely pleased with their services and have recommended them to others. Thank you so much!!"
