JML provided excellent customer service! They kept in contact with me in a very timely manner. We had some rainy weather the week the work was supposed to start but they contacted me right away to let me know it would be a couple of days before they would start due to weather. They came out the day they stated and completed the work very quickly. We promptly discussed another job we were looking to have done and they jumped right on getting measurements and giving advice. I would recommend this company!

I would definitely recommend these guys! They got a hold of me right away and within a couple hours they had assessed the damage and given me quotes. They fixed our roof within a couple days ( had to order materials and it was pouring rain). The cost was very reasonable. Thank you JML Roofing!!

After strong storms Wednesday night /Thursday morning I found several shingles in my yard and more loose ones on the roof. My thoughts went from home owners insurance deductibles, DIY videos online, hospital bills if I were to do it myself, and eventually to Home Advisor. I typed in my "project". I immediately received an email with top contractors in my area wanting to bid. I clicked to let them all bid, and started reviewing the feedback on each one. As I was doing that my phone rang. It was Josue Licea from JML Roofing and Construction. He was looking at images of my house on Google Earth, and said he had the right color shingles to match my roof. I asked if he could make it out before the next rains predicted for Saturday afternoon. Josue and his brother Johan showed up on a very cold Saturday morning and installed over a dozen new shingles on my ridge cap. I watched them carry the ones that had come loose to their work truck. They explained what they were doing and the cost was very reasonable. Other contractors bid 3x what JML did and could not make it out until after another week of rain. Not only will I use JML on any future projects, I'll be sure to recommend them to friends and co-workers. Great job!

Crew was very professional. Arrived on job about 9:00 AM finished job at 12:30. Cleaned up around area. There was no trash left behind no nails, no cut metal pieces. It was as if they were never there. Found them to be courteous to wife who was at home during the work. I would recommend this company to everyone in this area.

Contacted them on Friday afternoon via HomeAdvisor and set up an appointment on Monday morning. Received call from contractor and set up inspection for job Saturday morning. Received bid on Monday and contracted with them for the work to be completed 26 Jun 2017. They showed up promptly at 8 AM this morning and finished the work around 1 PM. They cleaned up after themselves and even used a magnetic broom to sweep the grass for any nails that may have scattered around the area from the debris from the old roofing material that was being replaced. All personnel on site were courteous and industrious in finishing the job as soon as possible. I would definitely use them again.

Very professional. Answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable in the work requested. Cost estimate was fair and I asked if they offered a warranty on their work and they didn't hesitate to answer and say yes. Definitely recommend them.

Words cannot express how Satisfied I am with there work and repairs they did on my roof! They went above and beyond what I had asked of them! And the professionalism they showed throughout the process was impeccable. I am definitely using their service next time I have an issue OR Need a Full replacement on my roof. I WILL BE CALLING THEM straight away!!! The young man was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions before, during, and after the service. He even stayed there with me (even though he had to leave for his next job) until he answered all questions with satisfaction. Even his submitted report after the job was done, was detailed with all the steps followed by before and after pictures, I could not have asked for anything more from him. He's is running an Honest, Strong, and Upcoming business that rivals All other major players in the Roofing and Construction business!!! Installed a metal roof over existing shingled roof that had several challenging issues. Found them to be courteous, workmanship "top notch," and professional.

DIXON FAILED TO BID. JML BID QUICKLY WITH THE LOWEST BID. DONE THE ASPHALT ROOF IN 2 DAYS. HIGHLY RECOMEND.

Don't take the cheapest bid these men were very professional used top of the line material and went out of there way and fixed 2 more problems after final inspection and then came back to double check there work this all came down to being my fault they fixed what another company had built goes to show cheaper bids can cause you more trouble in the long run and they left no mess at all

Quick prompt service. I would have liked a written warranty advising as to the shingles and workmanship warranty.
