The CertaPro team showed up on time. The lead person walked me through the process of what was to happen. I was updated throughout the day. After completion, I was given a walk around and had the completed work explained to me. I must say they did a great job and a detailed cleanup.

This is the third time I have used Certapro and they will return tomorrow to repaint baseboards builder grade they are polite and very professional. I highly recommend for any job you need. You will not be disappointed Danna

Working with Nathan and his crew was the absolute best. He was so professional, patient as we took a while to make decisions, and he gave great recommendations. Their entire office was so professional, their follow-through was amazing. The crew that came out and did the painting were so nice, polite and professional. They took great care and making sure all of our stuff was covered as to prevent splattering. They were so quick and did such an amazing job. We absolutely love it. We asked for a couple of last-minute changes and they did it with no question. Their pricing was spot on in comparison to other companies but their pre-work and guarantee, along with how great they were to work with sold us right away. I have no hesitation recommending them for any painting projects that you have!

Had popcorn ceilings removed and entire interior painted. Also, had exterior painted. That was 2018. This year, 2021, had barn and storage building painted. Very pleased with all of the projects.

Personnel were very courteous and professional. They worked from 8 AM to around 5:30 PM. They took a short break for lunch and the rest was steady work time. No radios, no talking (unless necessary), no phones p, strictly business. Finished much faster than I expected and did very professional work. In my youth I spent time working as a painter and really appreciate their work on this project. I would highly recommend CertaPro to any an and all, no reservations!

They are a great company! Not only did they do an excellent job painting our house, they were fast, courteous, and kept things neat and clean while doing the job. Their price was fair and Julian, their rep, stayed in touch until the job was complete. Can t say enough good things about this company!

We had our estimate and quote on a Thursday and the painters started painting that weekend. The painters worked very hard. Our salesman was very good and checked in often. I would use this company again and recommend them to others.

They do quality work, communicate well with customer, stay on schedule, and demonstrate real customer loyalty. The paint we chose turned out lighter than we wanted, but the painter caught that and suggested we simply have Kelly Moor tint it more. He worked with Kelly Moore and got it tinted perfectly at no extra cost. We love the way our house looks now!

Enjoyed the experience

The overall project was well done and the house looked very good. There was an issue with a minor repair but this was resolved. The paint crew was friendly and worked efficiently. The project was started and completed as projected.

Painters failed to properly protect areas where painting was done. Tracked paint to other area. Left holidays in the paint. Left brush marks in painted wood. Left cleaning debris in back yard & paint all over hose & hose sprayer. Only one could speak English & not with good understanding. The representative with whom the contract was signed did not appear at the beginning of job to instruct the crew, only showed when demanded that he respond to our complaints, and never inspected the final job.
