He concluded that there was not a mold problem, and gave the tenant and me the details of how he came to his conclusion. He was thoroughly knowledgeable of his vocation. There was no charge for the housecall. To show my appreciation for all that he did, I tried to pay for his breakfast. While he appreciated my gesture, he graciously declined."
