"Great! Jeff arrived early for the tenant-requested 8 AM appointment even though he had what must have been an hour's drive to get there. He went about his business professionally and (importantly) honestly, checking for signs of mold. He concluded that there was not a mold problem, and gave the tenant and me the details of how he came to his conclusion. He was thoroughly knowledgeable of his vocation.
