Meticulously detailed expertise on details even offering ways to be better than I expected to be. Patiently explaining many options with pro and con. Worked Monday through Friday all day long. Consistently showed up. Corrected what the previous two contractors had messed up to bring to high quality look and structural integrity. I have recommended to people needing work done or house built and will continue to recommend to anyone I can. Wellllllll worth the money I spent. High quality workmanship and straightforward on what needs to be done Lemme change something. FIFTEEN STARS!!!!!

The quality of the build was excellent. The builder was always available to answer questions and proved any information needed. All materials used were high quality and specific to the plans of the home. Attention to details was excellent and oversight of sub contractors was always a priority. The finished home is exactly as we expected. Over all rating is 5 star.

Kirk Morgan went above an beyond! His main goal was to make it as perfect as could be. I am extremely satisfied with all that they did! I have much gratitude for the thought and care put into my house. If you need work done, I highly recommend Kirk Morgan Construction!

If you are looking for Meticulous and Awesome work ethics then you have just found him. Kirk remodeled my family room and put in a custom built a cabinet for my TV and components, new floor, two-toned paint, new interior doors all throughout my house. I also had him build me a greenhouse/shed from scratch with my design. Expert craftsmanship done! I love everything he has done and will have future projects ONLY using him!!

Kirk Morgan and son did a fantastic job painting exterior of our house. Attention to all details, finished ahead of their schedule, fair price, we are so happy with their completed results. Awesome job! The bid was what I was staying around, no surprises. He was very meticulous about the work. He cleaned up everyday before leaving, that really impressed me. He has a lot of contacts that saved me money. He explained every detail of what was happening. Absolutely no shortcuts by this professional. I will be using him again. Highly recommend him!!

I thought the price was fair and he stuck to the bid. The only thing added was added because I requested it. The work was great and many people have already said how great it looks and how the quality of the work was impressive. Kurt was quick to complete the job and if something was delayed, he would explain and let me know when to expect the work to be completed.

My praise for Kirk and Tom is boundless! They came in and rescued me from an unscrupulous contractor, finished the job, and did superior work! I will not hesitate to use them again because they are hard workers and extremely trustworthy! As others have already stated, Kirk and Tom give 100% quality in all that they do!

Kirk did a great job. This was a major remodeling project and he worked through every issue and did a great job. He and Tom showed up every day, when they said they would be here, worked all day. Kirk worked with us to incorporate changes and additions to the project. Customer service was great. After giving us a bid, but before we decided on a contractor, Kirk said he had been to Lowe's and saw a few things we might be interested in. He met us a Lowe's and showed the different flooring and tile choices. He spent most of the rest of the day taking us to places that sell marble and places that sell granite so we could get samples. We made our granite choice that day and hire Kirk at the same time. Great to work with and we would certainly use him again on a project.

This was a major remodeling project. We had all the ceilings scraped, textured and painted, carpet removed and replaced with laminate, all the walls painted, granite counter tops, marble tops in the bath and dressing area, tile in the kitchen and bath. The work was done professionally, they kept the area clean as they worked. He and Tom were a pleasure to work with, kept us informed throughout the process and work with us to complete the job and be sure we were happy with our home. Kirk easily incorporated any changes and pointed out issues with the house that were uncovered in the process and worked to correct them. Kirk did a great job and we would recommend him to anyone and certainly plan to hire him for any future projects.

Kirk and his crew had a very time sensitive project with our home remodel. He met every deadline on time. They are very professional and respectful. I would highly recommend him for any construction project.

Kirk was amazing through the whole process of my interior french doors installation. He kept me updated at all times on when the doors were coming in and when they came in he immediately came out and installed it in a timely manner. The door looks great I am very satisfied and will be using him for any and all future home projects.

Kirk Morgan added a front porch on to my home. It really changed the look of my house. He was very pleasant to work with and did a really great job on the porch.

Kirk and his crew did a great job. After another contractor failed to do this job and absconded with our money leaving us in a bind, Kirk came in and gave us just what we were asking for. He had to work around the mess of the prior contractor, and was able to do a remarkable job. He is honest, reliable, and kept us informed through each step of the process. We would definitely recommend them.

Kirk provided quality work at a fair price. He was upfront and honest from the start of the project to the completion. He was available to discuss any questions that I had concerning the project. He started the work and delivered the finished product without any unnecessary delays. Kirk is knowledgeable in many aspects of construction and I would be confident in his ability to deliver a quality finished project.

First of all a remodel in a house where you are living can be a nightmare, this was not the case with Kirk. I felt totally at ease with him having access to my home to do the job he needed to do. He worked around my schedule which is not easy and the job he did is fantastic. Not finished with him yet, this is just project number one.

They were here when they said they would be and they worked until they finished the job. They did a great job of putting in my floors. I would hire them again, and I would highly recommend them.

I was very nervous about finding a contractor who was honest, reliable and trustworthy to complete a kitchen remodel after our home was hit by a car. Kirk and his crew truly lived up to this standard. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and was very accomidating through any changes that we had. He also went above and beyond to help work with the insurance company on issues we were not understanding. I was also concerned about dealing with several different people for each project that would be needed. Kirk took care of everything and was always prepared with a backup plan.

Kirk is a perfectionist who takes pride in his work and the results show it. He installed a tile floor as well as built a fence for me and every person who has visited has been blown away by the quality of his work. Perhaps even more impressive than his work, however, is his honesty and reliability. He took the time to find out what we were looking for and then gave honest feedback on what was possible and what was practical, and the end result is outstanding. I would not hesitate to work with him again and cannot recommend him more highly.

This was a Great experience! not to mention that we have a beautiful new bathroom, but we also learned a lot, about different things from Kirk and his team. They were extremely patient with us and explain and recommended things that we didn't think of at the time. We feel truly Blessed that we finally found someone who does Great work and are Honest. Just hope they fine time for our future work that needs to be done, because I am sure they will be busy.

Prayed to find someone who is honest and straight forward, you know the kind of person that would treat you like they would want to be treated...and here comes Kirk Morgan and team. They did an Outstanding and Super Professional Job on my Patio cover, to the point that I am constantly looking for more things to remodel! I have at least six that I can think off. Talk about a Blessing come true.

Started on addition directly after the favorable bid on the new project. having built a shed for us they expanded the dining area into the garage closing in the garage. Inspectors never had a problem, when you walk into the house the addition looks like it was always there. The crew were very professional and came up with solutions when problems arose.
