Tony came out initially to install a new ceiling fan for us - it looks great! 

We asked if he would check the landscape lighting as it was tripping the circuit breaker every time we turned them on. Bottom line - the lights we had installed when we built the house were not meant to be used as landscape lights.  They were meant to "light up the trees"  at Christmas time (like the SA Riverwalk).  Tony explained to us the lights needed to be "professional grade" in order to get the results we wanted. BOY! Did we ever!! He and his coworker - John spent two days removing old lights and wires and replacing with the upgraded landscape lights in the front and backyards. They were careful not to disturb our flowerbeds and landscaping and cleaned up their work areas as they went along. Tony included a much appreciated timer for the lights as well. How welcoming it is to come home at night to a beautifully lit house! 

We cannot say enough nice things about these two fine gentlemen and their professionalism.  The trees on our property are magnificent and the up lighting only highlights that. We have already spent many a peaceful evening outside admiring their work and how VERY glad we are that we made contact with this company. I would have NO problems recommended them to anyone - in fact I have already done so!  THANK YOU MR. Because of the May storms we had to wait 3 months to have our roof redone.  Many Angie's List A rated contractors did not call us back in this timeframe.  Bill and Theresa told us from the beginning that it would be months before they could get to us.  Bill came out immediately and gave us a quote for a repair of a large skylight and the roof around it.  We called him back to get a quote on a total re-roof and new domes for 5 skylights figuring with the age of the house we would have to do so soon anyway.  Bill told us again that it would be some time before they got to us.  Since only one other A rated contractor communicated with us and gave us an initial quote we went with Action Roofing.

Once we finally had our appointment the crew immediately got started and worked continuously until the job was done (two days). They were hardworking and pleasant. Action's skylight guy came the next day to put new domes on the skylights. The small thing I told Bill was that the crew chief should have introduced himself at the beginning of the job so that all communications could take place with one individual.  Angel promptly introduced himself but by that time the job was almost done.

We are happy with the work and would recommend Action.  Theresa is very responsive.  Takes care of all the phone calls and office.  All together a good team.
