I trusted J.V painting to paint my two car garage. The owner seemed very personable when he came to my home to provide an estimate. I specifically asked the owner if he would fix the imperfections in the drywall prior to painting and he said yes. My biggest disappointment was the poor workmanship and the lack of attention to detail. There are areas (wall)that weren?t painted, and in other areas the paint is chipping. The work was completed less thana week ago. I texted the owner pictures of the missed areas ( i can?t post all of them). I thought the owner would at least fix the missed painted areas; unfortunately he didn?t care. I will have to redo everything. Misunderstandings happen, but being unwilling to fix missed areas is unprofessional.
