"Got the job done right and quickly! Great unit! It was residential replacement of Central Air Conditioning Unit."

"Excellent. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Southern Air Mechancial LLC for my Air conditioning service needs. Out of habit, I had been using another vendor who recently told me in the last 10 days that my unit was oversized for my duct work, that it was going to take 6 hours to fix it, and was about to sell me a part with installation and labor that would have cost $1400. The tech said it would break in a year and the owner basically tried to sell me a new AC unit. Got a little suspicious after asking if my unit could be adjusted since it was a variable speed down to a 3 ton and the owner said, "well, let me send my tech again". I called Southern Air and spoke to Clint, the owner. I had purchased the unit 7 years ago and without hesitation, Clint visited with his technician, and replaced the part that was a known problem with my manufacturer. He warrantied the part and was back out in two days and had the system cooling within 2 hours. I will only use Southern Air Mechanical and now know how trustworthy they are and what excellent service they provide. You can't and will not go wrong by choosing Southern Air Mechanical for your AC needs."

"Te Ch that came out was very honest. I had called fo a mini splt system. His recommendation was something different saving me approx $10;000. It is rare these days to deal with corperations out to sale you more than you need and even rarer to have someone suggest a cheaper alternative."

"Miles Enoch was very responsive and helpful. The crew who brought the equipment the day before and the crew who did the installation were professional, efficient and a pleasure to have in our home. The crew all wore masks. We are very pleased with our new air conditioning system"

"They diagnosed fixed issue with air-conditioning coil fast and were pleasant."

"Pure Air provided excellent air duct and dryer vent cleaning services for our two story home. Orlington and his father were extremely professional and thorough. They provided a complete breakdown of the pricing for their services prior to starting the job and their pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again when we get our air ducts and dryer vents cleaned next year."

"I live in Dallas, Texas. I have had Enoch Air out before => once for an electrical issue; another time to have them install a window AC unit. This latest plumbing issue being the third time these guys have come out => I have absolutely nothing but superlatives to say about Enoch Air, Electric & Plumbing. Their entire operation is just a pleasure and a huge relief. They do business the OLD SCHOOL way. They are actually concerned with the customer’s predicament - unheard of in this day and time. Customer service is non-pareil’ and they are very prompt. And no, I’m not related or co-joined to Enoch Air in any shape, form, or fashion. Their prompt, courteous, and reasonable attention is much appreciated by the wife and this ole’ boy. Thank you, Enoch Air!!! *This review was migrated from an affiliated account on Angi with an original submission date of 10/12/2019."

"Responded back promptly to our inquiry. We made an appointment within a few days and when we had to change the appointment they were able to accommodate us and come the next morning, Very professional and we are very satisfied with the cleaning of our vents and air ducts."

"Heating & Air Paramedics came out same day and had my AC back up and running within an hour. The tech was professional, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need as a woman I truly appreciated that! Highly recommend to anyone in the DFW area"

"Chad arrived on time. He and his crew were very courteous and professional. He and I had both initially thought that I had a slab leak based on the symptoms. But once Chad got an air compressor hooked up to the water line to blow the water out, he found the leak to be in the yard where a landscaping crew had capped off the old sprinkler system with the incorrect fitting. He and his crew got the problem solved in just a few hours. The price was considerably less than what we talked about if it had been a slab leak, so I was very pleased about that also. I would definitely recommend Chad and Priority Plumbing."
