Excellent customer service. Great response time and communication. Came out immediately after I called and it was after business hours. Explained everything in detail before they even charged me anything. Affordable prices and did not just want to make money off another customer. Shortly before the forecasted 0 degree weather hit, my heater quit working. They were able to light my pilot light. The next day I woke up to find it had gone out. They immediately rescheduled their day so they could come right back out. Once again they got the pilot light working. Later it went out again due to the pilot light was not staying adjusted. They worked on that until it worked correctly and stayed awhile to ensure it stayed on. The part needed had to be ordered from California and we had 0 degree temperature coming. Without the part, they did their best to get the pilot light to stay adjusted. IT HAS!! So very thankful for their rescuing me, a disabled senior, from serious danger of having no heat in 0 degree temperature.

Carlos and crew were absolutely OUTSTANDING. We called them based on an estimate we received from another larger company and that recommended we spend a significant amount of $ to improve our systems. Carlos immediately came out, did not charge me a trip charge and examined our system explaining everything in detail. In the end, NONE of the expensive work from the larger company was required. We had A/C Kives install two UV lights to improve our air quality. Carlos spent lots of time installing and explaining the system. These folks are awesome and I would absolutely recommend them over other larger companies. Thank you Carlos!

There's no excuse for why it took me this long to post a review, because this team was outstanding! Our A/C unit was leaking and I found A/C KIVES through Angie's List. Mr. Carlos and his son/assistant arrived at our home with the proper gear and equipment (which was especially apprecited since the onset of to COVID-19). They went immediately to work on troubleshooting the issue and repairing it. I could not be more satisified with this services!
