"Hugo is an honest contractor for Stucco repairs. His price was reasonable and he communcated frequently during the stucco window repiairs he did. His helper Javier was also very good and you could tell he had a lot of experience. I also appreciated his safety concerns since I have a 4 story Town Home. The stucco repair business is rather corrupt between stucco leak inspectors, realtors and stucco repiar companies. "There is a reason why they have the reviews they do. We got a quote for the services we specifically asked for. Our house was painted new with watered down flat paint. We requested the ceiling be painted we could not decide whether or not to go a flat white or same color as the walls. Ron suggested to do a Flat white. Glad we listened to that advice. So the ceiling got 2 coats of ceiling paint. The walls got 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of paint. (Benjamin Moore). They fixed a lot of poor quality spots in the walls and ceiling. When I spotted a spot they missed they just got it done. No gripes or complaints just done! The workers (Alex, Nathan and Miguel) were great! Got the job done 1 day ahead of expected. When we are ready to have the other rooms done we will be calling you again."
