Silvia headed the job and worked diligently and had her crew there to finish the job in a timely manor. It was a big job. Whole house including ceiling and base boards. Added the ceiling and bae base boards. I worked with a color specialist, Ana. She helped me decide on the right grey. Which was tough! It was an amazing experience. I trusted implicitly as well. "The Owner is very very experienced. He monitors the work closely and check on work multiple times a day. Workers are also very experienced. They got a stucco report and open every site sampled. Some of the areas were clean and/or had treated wood under the stucco. Couple areas had extensive damage. They track back /open up until they got all the damage area exposed and they found the source of water leak. Fix the areas and re-stucco from one seam to another. The work was extensive with changing out of flashings, drain at the balconies and bottom of the house and seal ALL sites including the windows /doors sites at the top of the house and the roof area. Overall felt like the work was done by experienced, old school stucco guys."

"I had the outside of my house painted be Carnival. Estimate was printed out during the initial visit. I signed immediately due to the great price. When they arrived, they were so respectful and friendly. Easy to talk to, and I didnt have to give any special instructions on what I'd like. They replaced rotten boards, more than what was estimated. The guys were super detailed oriented. I mean, they cleaned everything, caulked perfect lines, and painted perfect lines. I TRIED to find imperfections and I couldn't. Window world really messed up the window trim on my windows and these guys fixed it all. They didnt seem rushed at all. They took their time. They even replaced my entire chimney because it was rotten more than we could see initially. If you want QUALITY work with second guessing anything, choose this company. When the job was completed, I had questions about my estimate, I asked the site manager, and within a few minutes I had 2 main guys calling me trying to resolve my questions. They REALLY do care about their reputation and company. I'm thoroughly impressed and I've already told everyone I come in contact with about my house and have shown them pictures of everything.
