"We got three different quotes to paint the front facade of our three-story stucco house.  All three were in the same price range, so it came down to other things.  Above all, CertaPro's quote was the most detailed and they were able to answer all of our questions in a professional and timely manner.  We knew what we were getting because the quote was so clear.  They arrived on time for the quote and took measurements (others didn't).  They gave us an idea of how long the process would take, gave us a few add-on options and prices for them.  We declined all of the add-ons, but never felt like we were being pressured to do any of them.  We weren't in a hurry to get the work done, so it was about a month or so after we signed the contract before work began.  However, they did call us earlier when they had an opening, but we weren't able to work out those dates in their schedule.  We were very appreciative of the option, though!  The painters took three days (more like two and a half) and arrived spot on at 8 am every morning.  On the third day, they finished while we were gone and we noticed a few minor spots, and they came back out that same day to finish up.  Overall, a really great experience and we would recommend them to anyone needing their house painted.

"Great experience from start to finish. Prompt estimate of work. Crew was here bright and early every day, and worked diligently the entire day. Steve visited several times to check on progress. They caulked all seams in our board and batten siding and painted everything (siding, eaves, gutters) meticulously. They also painted the inside of my garage, helped me move the heavy stuff to the center and then move it back. The paint is absolutely perfect-razor edge corners, great coverage on all surfaces (far superior to what our builder did). I will definitely use Proline again for my interior painting. "Hugo is an honest contractor for Stucco repairs. His price was reasonable and he communcated frequently during the stucco window repiairs he did. His helper Javier was also very good and you could tell he had a lot of experience. I also appreciated his safety concerns since I have a 4 story Town Home. The stucco repair business is rather corrupt between stucco leak inspectors, realtors and stucco repiar companies. "I had the outside of my house painted be Carnival. Estimate was printed out during the initial visit. I signed immediately due to the great price. When they arrived, they were so respectful and friendly. Easy to talk to, and I didnt have to give any special instructions on what I'd like. They replaced rotten boards, more than what was estimated. The guys were super detailed oriented. I mean, they cleaned everything, caulked perfect lines, and painted perfect lines. I TRIED to find imperfections and I couldn't. Window world really messed up the window trim on my windows and these guys fixed it all. They didnt seem rushed at all. They took their time. They even replaced my entire chimney because it was rotten more than we could see initially. If you want QUALITY work with second guessing anything, choose this company. When the job was completed, I had questions about my estimate, I asked the site manager, and within a few minutes I had 2 main guys calling me trying to resolve my questions. They REALLY do care about their reputation and company. I'm thoroughly impressed and I've already told everyone I come in contact with about my house and have shown them pictures of everything.
