Their bid was well documented and with their great team they not only performed the work flawlessly and on time but also had some suggestions on color schemes. Both Henry jr. And Henry sr. They were able to properly fix both big and small cracks- and rebuild from scratch, portions of the house that were beyond repair. This company is easy to communicate with. They take the time to draft an accurate and easy to understand quote. They are considerate with how they treat the structure and surrounding landscaping. And they are the CLEANEST contractors I have ever used. I would happily use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Great job, great experience. They were early for the appointment, during very inclement weather. The bid was presented in a detailed, technological (photos/graphics) and efficient manner; and very easy to understand. They did a great job painting the entire 2 story stucco and trim house. They also repaired some hairline cracks in the stucco. Very professional, attention to detail, always on time and cleaned up every day.. I would definitely hire them again..

I was nervous after having 2 back to back horrible experiences with crews working on my house but Herrarte Construction was amazing- good work done fast, for a reasonable price.. what more could you ask for really! Herrarte clearly explained what they would do to complete the job, and it was all spelled out in the contract with no fine print. They showed up on time, completed the job early, and cleaned up afterwards. The crew was professional and courteous. I would hire again.
