  M & M Roofing came out to check out my roof to figure out why my roof was still leaking after I paid the first company to repair the leak! Quickly found the issues, told me what time and day they would be back to knock out the work. They were on time and cleaned up after the work was done. They also noticed a few other things that were out of scope, still took the time to fix the areas they were concerned about. Got a followup call and text from the CEO just to confirm his team met my expectation and to share his contact info should I need it. Just for context, this was NO WHERE close to a big job, they were on my three story roof and back in the van in less than 45 minutes - if that.   Went well. 3 story house. They repaired the problem spot and repainted with 2 coats of paint. They also ended up painting more of the house than originally agreed to as a bonus. I feel confident in their repair. These guys know their craft and were knowledgeable about stucco in general.

They found issues with 2 major parts of the house that allowed us to go back to the seller and get almost $15k back! Beyond that, John Gray was great.   Once I got my HOA to tell me what color I could paint my house (which took 6 months to decide that I could only paint the same color it already was), it took less than a month for Home Remedy to work through the projects ahead of mine and complete the repairs and painting. The demolition of the second floor roof/third floor balcony was done quickly and coverings were provided for open areas until the repairs closed things up permanently. In spite of wet weather, little time was lost to delays because of rain. The interior demo was faster, since weather was less limiting. The balcony railing was removed and stored to be re-installed. At all times, the workmen kept debris and trash ruthlessly picked up and removed every evening. The rebuilding was done quickly, but carefully, making sure all water damaged wood or wall board was replaced properly. The exterior painting was coordinated so that the three sides not affected by the repairs were done first and the painters simply came around the last corner and found the front elevation ready to paint. After I thought everything was done, the contractor sent the stucco crew back for a tiny bit of touch up, because "it would look better". The interior painting was expertly done, also. The sheet rock was hand sanded for the best result and texture and paint were applied precisely and economically. (There was a fair amount of interior paint remaining.) The interior work space was curtained off to cut down on the amount of dust that entered the rest of the house. The floor was covered with 2 layers of heavy paper, taped securely down. The painter kept the area swept and picked up. My cat couldn't even find something to get on his fur. (He tried.) The interior repairs were wrapped up by re-hanging the blinds and the exterior by a coat of paint on the iron railings of both balconies. My house hasn't looked this good since we bought it 10 years ago

  I was reading review's from angie's list Home Remedy had very good reviews so I called them. Revis Ryan submitted the Proposal price was fair .I had a good feeling about him and the company so I went with him . They answer all our questions about work and agreed with all our demands. It was a very good experience working with Revis .He always have a smile on his face and he did take intrest in his work. All the workers were very good in their area of work. Mike is a owner and Richard I sign contract with both wonderful people. I will recommond very highly Revis Ryan .He did finish our work on time

  Home Remedy was competent and took sincere pride in their work. Mike Crider runs a great company, and he was responsive and always there to make sure things were done right. The crew kept the workspace clean each day, which made the project less invasive than originally thought. Overall, I highly recommend Home Remedy and they are probably the best contractor that I have used through 15+ years of home ownership across 5 properties. The project was complex and required many different trades with close attention to detail. Home Remedy has the knowledgeable workforce and pride of workmanship to handle complex projects

  Baladez Construction Inc. did an amazing job restoring our home beyond expectations. We experienced a lot of damage from the Watson Grinding Explosion (Beltway 8 & Clay Spring Branch Area) back in January of 2020. We live within the blast radius and our structure was compromised as well as significant damage to the stucco, garage, exterior and interior of our home. Baladez Construction even helped negotiate with the adjusters and meet them on sight to point out the damage. They did an outstanding job at working with the insurance. It was a process but they were able to fight for us and get our provider to cover the full amount of the damage covered. The restoration came out wonderful! We got all new stucco on the outside as well as fresh sheetrock and interior on the inside (new flooring, windows, doors, paint, baseboard, crown, shower, etc). The home had to be completely gutted and redone due to the damage. We also put an addition onto the back of our home while they were here. Couldn’t be more pleased with the way everything came out and the manner in which they handled themselves. I was not looking forward to the process of rebuilding after the explosion, but Daniel Sr. made me feel at ease with his knowledge and ability to come up with a solution for any issue we had. I would definitely use them again and I even recommended them to some neighbors for their damage. Happy we chose to use them for our project and now we have the best looking house on the block

  contractor came out to the house to make an estimate. Work commenced and rotted wood discovered underneath stucco. More stucco and siding removed to discover main support beam had rotted through over 4 inches of the 5 inch beam. Company was able to jack up house, replace beam, install waterproof barriers, replace stucco, decking, and tile. Stucco blended successfully into existing stucco. Work looks great and our house is no longer falling down. Neighbors also used contractors to replace their deck
