Unfortunately, the glass was 5/8 of an inch too small on one side, so somebody messed up somewhere. But they were very apologetic, installed that glass and taped the gap, and immediately re-ordered the glass. They were back with it a couple of days later, and this time it fit, and they did a good job replacing it. They cleaned it thoroughly, which was nice. We felt they gave us a very fair price. They ask you to have the furniture and curtains away from the windows for when they show up they lay down tarps inside for any broken glass that may fall inside and they won by one start taking out the old windows and fit the new ones and they are done in no time 18 windows took them about hrs and that was completely refitting a bay window. Very pleased with there work."
