The repair guy came late because he was still with his previous client. He diagnosed that I had two items that went bad with my refrigerator. The estimated repair cost would be more than half of the price of a new refrigerator, so I decided to buy a new refrigerator instead. His work was thorough, so I would call on him/the company again.
