Well. Took a bit longer because the first set of new windows did not fit due to window frame being out of square. Had to remake and installed a week later.

We called on a Thursday evening and within minutes of calling, we had a quote. The next morning, Franklin came by to confirm glass type to be replaced and before noon the repair was finished. Communication, quality of work and price were exceptional. Will use again.
