Everyone at ARC Glass was very professional and courteous, especially the lady who took our order over the phone. They were prompt and got things done as soon as possible. We had to replace a broken window. They came to measure, then a few days later with a new piece of glass. Unfortunately, the glass was 5/8 of an inch too small on one side, so somebody messed up somewhere. But they were very apologetic, installed that glass and taped the gap, and immediately re-ordered the glass. They were back with it a couple of days later, and this time it fit, and they did a good job replacing it. They cleaned it thoroughly, which was nice. We felt they gave us a very fair price. Apart from the one mistake, our experience with them was positive in every way, and we would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I called Arc glass when our shower door suddenly fell off its hinges. Luckily it didn't cause any harm. They came out very quickly and gave me a fair estimate to replace our door. They were very informative in telling me they see many shower door issues happening because the shortcuts home builders take to do the easiest install that is not built for long term stability. They did a great job installing and couldn't be any happier with our new shower door!

I called ARC glass when we had a broken window on Fathers Day weekend. Most technicians had gone home already so Brian, the owner of the company, came out to fix our window. Great quality work and super friendly and concientious service, and just in time for a big storm to come through.

The company did a great job fabricating and installing a glass shower door. It is beautiful, and they were very conscientious about being neat and clean, as well as very courteous.

I had some concerns with the installation and the pro was happy to fix them to my satisfaction.

The glass looks fantastic and the shower area is well sealed from leaks. Initially, there were gaps around the doors where water could leak out, and the glass wall on the pony wall leaned a little. However, within a few days of installation, they came back, reset the pony wall, and added clear rubber strips around the door joints and a thin transom at the bottom, which now prevents even direct water spray from leaking out. This was necessary due to the shower having four body sprays, a hand-held sprayer, and a rain forest shower head. All-in-all, nice work and fantastic quality.
