"Since we were planning to expend a significant amount of money replacing all the windows of our house we made a lot of research and got a total of 8 quotes including big names and some smaller certified contractors. We compared product quality, price, warranty, and reputation of installer, in that order. We decided to go with Ecoview because they offered us a good balance between quality and price. Before signing with them we got our hands in real samples of our top 3 alternatives and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product that Michael offered to us. The manufacturer of the windows that we got installed is NT Window, a Texas based company that also offers a very nice warranty. After signing the contract it took a bit over 3 months to get the windows installed but we were not surprised by this because windows are custom made to fit existing openings. The day of the installation a large crew showed up and they replaced all the windows of our 2 story house in less than a day. The guys seemed to know very well what they were doing and they were very careful and professional. The only issue that we had was that a couple of windows were manufactured with the wrong grid pattern so they had to re-manufacture and install the glasses again. The replacement took a little longer than expected but in the end we are very happy with the final result. Overall a very good experience. My only advice if you are planning to get into a windows replacement project is do your research and be patient because its not something that you'll get done in a few weeks."

More expensive than expected due to having to buy a set of frame pieces since could not buy single piece required for repair."

"Everyone at ARC Glass was very professional and courteous, especially the lady who took our order over the phone. They were prompt and got things done as soon as possible. We had to replace a broken window. They came to measure, then a few days later with a new piece of glass. Unfortunately, the glass was 5/8 of an inch too small on one side, so somebody messed up somewhere. But they were very apologetic, installed that glass and taped the gap, and immediately re-ordered the glass. They were back with it a couple of days later, and this time it fit, and they did a good job replacing it. They cleaned it thoroughly, which was nice. We felt they gave us a very fair price. Apart from the one mistake, our experience with them was positive in every way, and we would definitely use them again and recommend them."
