Pictured is my formal dining room which he converted into a bedroom & secondly he expanded my pantry & built a linen closet. He did everything from demo, framing, sheetrock, mud, texture, paint, trim & installed doors. Heâ s also done a lot of drywall repairs for me. He does a good job with prep & cleanup.Iâ ve had quite a bit of work done around my house & Santiago is by far my favorite contractor Iâ ve hired. Heâ s always on time, professional, patient & kind.
