"MD Construction did partial repairs. Contractor did drywall, but had to be corrected in order to match the rest of the ceiling. Contractor did not install new master bathroom cabinet or remove wallpaper and prime it so he could replace with new wallpaper in master bathroom and guest bathroom. He did not replace fan/light unit in master or guest bathrooms, neither did he clean the area where unit was... It was cover with something. He was to install drywall in the ceiling of my office and paint the office. He did not put a transition strip to cover carpet and tile. There is a large gap between the carpet and tile. He was to replace baseboards in the bathrooms and carpeted areas"

I asked if he would clean up his mess afterwards and he said he would but didn?t. I had them do texture and there was overspray everywhere. The floor, the doors, the ceiling. I spend a good 20-30 minutes cleaning up the overspray. Use at your own risk, not my top selection."
