Pool and spa technicians in Tioga
I started designing pools in January of 1997 for a larger family owned company that was at the time located in Plano. After working in the mall for a large company with striped referee like shirts after high school, I started on a drafting board using a mechanical pencil. After about 4 years hand drawing, I learned to design using the Auto CAD 2D program. Now I use CAD to initially design, then trace if requested into a 3d rendering. In 2008, the economy took a nosedive. I was working for another company in the metroplex at the time and was let go based on how sales were slowing almost to a complete stop. I knew that everyone that already had an older pool needed to be maintained. I started selling remodels full time from 2008 until now. I got back into designing and selling new pools in 2020. I will continue to do remodels as that is my "bread and butter" . When I sell a new project, it is a great bonus! I refuse to build and remodel more pools than 1 person can handle.

He simply knows what works best, as well at what looks best. He had a perfect design for us after one discussion. Before we knew it our old pool was demoed, re-plastered and completely redone in no time at all. Charlie re built and beautifully modernized our 1970s pool while we were doing a full exterior home renovation and He worked extremely well with our contractors. With his honest and transparent pricing, his network of work crews and his attention to detail and respect for his clients I can honestly say that he is the best in the business and I wouldnâ t trust our pool with any one else. When the pump finally came in and they scheduled the repair, they were a no show 3 days blaming everything under the sun except apologizing! When the owner finally called me he blamed me for the state of the pool, said it was just a pool and he would get there when he got there. Beware of this company."

"hector Felix is full of excuses. lied about having a permit which is currently “still in process”. since March, 2022 all he has done is dig a hole in my back yard. yet, i have paid him close to $30,000. I will make sure he never installs a pool or comes near someones home in the state of Texas again. to top it off, he did a minor second story extension inside of my house which has to be torn down because it’s unsafe and not done up to code. this guy has no business being in construction or running a business. he is a crook and your project will either be done wrong or won’t get done. The attorney general and licensing authorities are being contacted and Hector will be sued accordingly."
