He told me to send him a picture of the pool tile so he could locate some. I contacted him within 24 hours with information about a place where the tile was available, but he has not since returned any of my call.

Randy was slow responding to two initial contact attempts to get an estimate, but once he made contact things went smoothly and quickly. The estimate was done on one day, and two days later he and one of his guys came out and did the job in just a couple of hours. They cleaned and swept the pool when finished, but some sand was left around the edge of the pool. Overall, I was quite pleased. Randy's estimate was the same as one other I got for this job, so although I was hoping for a lower price, his estimate seems right on target. I would recommend him to others needing pool repair. He specializes in repair, rather than in putting in new pools.

Tile-Rite services were provided by the owner (Randy) who was professional and clearly delineated the various options available with respect to our damaged pool. Randy discussed the cost-benefits of the various options and assisted my wife and me with choosing the best solution. This level of trust and consultative services are unique and were very much appreciated. I recommend Tile-Rite and will use their services in the future.

I called Randy out for an estimate and by luck, he was able to come same day, due to some impending weather. He came over to the house quickly and did his measurements. I gave him a couple of choices that we were interested in. He was able to get me an estimate within 24-48 hours, which was fine with me. I chose to go with him based on my general feeling that he is a very trustworthy person and that he does all of the work himself. His price was competitive and his work was execeptional, from beginning all the way through clean up. He had my re-tiled in 2-3 days total(there was some rain in there). He met all of his timelines and even offered to come back and do some other tile work after my whole backyard project was complete. You will not regret choosing to have Randy come out and give you a quote. I will use him again in the future.

Excellent work. Randy got started about a week after we first talked and completed all of the work in five days including draining and refilling the pool. He had good suggestions for improving the look of the pool and spa. The pool looks better than new!

I called Tile-Rite around noon. The person doing the plastering arrived around 3 PM as he said and finished the project just a little after 5 PM.

Randy did exactly as he said he would do when I asked just what acid washing the pool would entail. It took about an hour to do the washing (after the pool was drained to repair the rebar that had rusted and the light that had leaked).

KEPT AGREED UPON APPOINTMENT. DID THE WORK IMMEDIATELY. VERY REASONABLE PRICE. VERY PERSONABLE. RECOMMENDED ANOTHER COMPANY FOR DECK WORK.
