I started designing pools in January of 1997 for a larger family owned company that was at the time located in Plano. After working in the mall for a large company with striped referee like shirts after high school, I started on a drafting board using a mechanical pencil. After about 4 years hand drawing, I learned to design using the Auto CAD 2D program. Now I use CAD to initially design, then trace if requested into a 3d rendering. In 2008, the economy took a nosedive. I was working for another company in the metroplex at the time and was let go based on how sales were slowing almost to a complete stop. I knew that everyone that already had an older pool needed to be maintained. I started selling remodels full time from 2008 until now. I got back into designing and selling new pools in 2020. I will continue to do remodels as that is my "bread and butter" . When I sell a new project, it is a great bonus! I refuse to build and remodel more pools than 1 person can handle.

He simply knows what works best, as well at what looks best. He had a perfect design for us after one discussion. Before we knew it our old pool was demoed, re-plastered and completely redone in no time at all. Charlie re built and beautifully modernized our 1970s pool while we were doing a full exterior home renovation and He worked extremely well with our contractors. With his honest and transparent pricing, his network of work crews and his attention to detail and respect for his clients I can honestly say that he is the best in the business and I wouldnâ t trust our pool with any one else. "We had a TOTAL remodel of our pool. Hydro blasting off old surface, stabilizing staples added to sub structure, new plaster, new plumbing, new electrical, new tile, new coping, new deck, new filter, new diving board. The only old thing was the hole in the ground. El Dorado did the complete job. The pool is beautiful. But, what makes me recommend them is service after the fact. The winter weather caused some coping to buckle. I informed El Dorado. They had someone out in a few days and completely replaced the affected area. It looks perfect. Our entire backyard has been elevated because of this project. Now, it was expensive. But, I hope I only have to do this once."
