The team, from start to finish, was amazing! We did have an issue with the design of a wall and water feature, and when we brought it to the attention of the team it was fixed that day. All I can say is I am super happy with everything they did and would highly recommend this company.

The design experience and prices/value were comparable to most others. The installation took twice as long as the "worst case" schedule. Some issues with light fixtures failing, but they did replace them. Sod installation was poor, full of uneven ground. The "SunDek" coating failed and began to flake and peel while still under warranty, they replaced and corrected half of it under warranty but left the other half to continue to fail. While waiting the warranty expired and now they refuse to fix it.

What a horrible run organization. I signed.a contract in November of 2021 with a swim date of June 2022. They broke ground in January of 22 and made a horrible mess. They worked on my pool maybe 1 or 2 days a month and NEVER finished the job. David the job superintendent would seldom return a call or text and was never helpful, very short like I was only a customer and not important. Marie in scheduling I think tried to be helpful in letting me know when someone should be coming to do something, but was derailed by something else behind the scenes. She would let me know a date but never update me when things changed. Which was almost every time they came out. They had trouble meeting city of Euless building guidelines and couldn’t get inspections correct. David seemed too busy to mess with my pool or inspections. Equipment was ordered November 15th 2021 by what they told me, but in June 2022 it didn’t seem to be on hand. I had already been told the equipment was in their warehouse in April. So I guess they used it on someone else’s pool and reordered mine. So we lost another month waiting on the equipment. I went to their office to talk in person to the person in charge. Another David, he was very unhappy that a customer would come to his office and interrupt his day. He told me how they had done everything as contracted for including sending me his timeline that I never received. When he checked the email it was sent to the wrong address even after I had had emails with Marie in scheduling. But his system was wrong. David should not be running an ice cream stand. His customer skills are zero, and seems like his organization and delegation skills are also zero. They finally got the pool running about August 8th. Now just think about having a new that you can’t run the pool sweep for the first 30 days so the plaster can cure, and them not provide a vacuum. So after spending $88,000 I had to go out and buy a pool vacuum. My pool is not very large due to the yard size and no hot tub or elaborate features but cost $88,000 and get the worst service and attitude possible. As of today in September they still have not come out and finished 1 small item they said they would repair a month ago. I BUILT THIS HOME IN LESS TIME THAN THEY TOOK TO BUILD A SIMPLE POOL.

Nick did an amazing job of coordinating the work. We had family coming into town. They sped up our completion. We so enjoyed family in town. Thank you for the early completion

This did occur sometime ago. Site supervisor was never present. Salesman failed to explain the updating to a new pump would require a new system to be controlled from inside. Now everything has to be done outside. Called and was told the system would have to be updated. Mr Campbell contacted me and accused me of lying. He further said he would have my review removed

Using Robertson is a bad decision that will haunt me for a lifetime. Over zealous sales people making commitments that construction can't meet, terrible communication, no follow up or ownership. If you decide to use Robertson, please understand that whatever they tell you will be done, will not happen 80% of the time. Not sure where the breakdown in their process is, but for some reason they say they will show up to do something on a given day, but never show up. No call, no explanation. I understand that delays happen and things come up, but I don't understand why you can't communicate with the customer and frame an honest picture of the situation. We have had our pool for almost a year now and are already having tile fall off, we have a leak (that they won't acknowledge. If you have to put an hour's worth of water in your pool every other day, you have a leak, it's not evaporation!!) AND we have yet to have our final inspection done. We are stuck with them now, but if you are looking for a pool builder, recommend you explore other options first.

Roberson’s Pools built an in ground gunite pool for me in 2013, costing over $30,000. They provided a lifetime warranty on the pool structure and other various warranties on the plumbing, and decking. In 2018 a rust spot developed on the pool wall due to faulty construction of the pool that resulted in a metal rod being exposed to water in the pool, which then rusted. The repair, performed by Robertson’s Pools, cost me $570 in total. The repair was needed due to a faulty structure made by Robertson’s, but when asked to cover the repair, they said their warranty did not cover any issues with faulty construction after 1 year. They stated all they warrantied after 1 year was that the pool would hold water. This is false because the pool structure includes the gunite walls and metal rebar that it encases. Robertson’s Pools does not stand by their warranty and is not a trustworthy company. Do not do business with them.

In short, they are more interested in charging you money than providing a quality service. THEY ARE A SCAM AND INCOMPETENT. My pool was leaking water and I've done the evaporation test to confirm the leak, losing about 0.5 inches per day. I called Robertson's to come check, which they confirmed the leak with $100 fee. They said to identify where the leak is from, they will need a diver go under water to check, which I agreed to and spent another ~$600. The diver arrived and only spent about 30 minutes in the pool checking for leakage (again, $600 for 30 minutes), and left without telling me. Over the phone, they told me that the leak is coming from the spa and should be repaired. Plus, they can't quote me the cost of repair until they dig underneath the spa for a visual look , which I also agreed to. During the repair day, 2 men came out and dig around my spa and very quickly they told me there was NO LEAK around the spa area. So I was fuming. I called and spoke to the management, spoke to the repair supervisor, and the actual diver. No one can provide an explanation. No one apologized to me. I spent the money but the pool is still leaking, and of course no refund. So in short, Robertson's didn't do anything but charged me $700. They are horrible. I called another pool repair shop. They came out, did another diagnostic ($100), then sent the diver ($600), and found the leak in the different part of the pool not near the spa. And they did the repair. All at the same time, my controller motherboard died and I called Robertson's. After the technician completed the examination, the first thing he said was that I need to replace my salt cell generator and began a long spill why I need to replace it for $600 - nothing to do with my motherboard. One can find the same salt cell for $300 at amazon, twice as what he was quoting me. Then he recommended to replace the entire system (not just the mother board) for $4000 because replacing just the motherboard will be 'unstable' because they don't make the original motherboard anymore and only third party motherboard is available. But, if I want to only replace the board, Robertson will charge me $1400. I called another repair shop and they quoted me $700 for parts and labor to replace the motherboard, which I did. AT A HALF PRICE. THEY ARE A RIP OFF.

Robertson Pools is more concerned with signing up new customers and collecting payments than keeping their commitments. Customer service and common courtesy went out the door after contract for pool remodel was signed. Total lack of communication on the part of scheduling department. Sales promised that work would start in 2 to 3 weeks maximum and would take 2 weeks to complete the remodel. Actual start date was 7 weeks after contract was signed and pool remodel finish date was 5 1/2 weeks after the remodel start date.

The white plaster we paid for is actually whiteish with gray spots and gray streaks running down the sides.  We PAID Robertson Pools for the job, the people who showed up to do the job arrived in a Robertson Pools truck, yet they say they are not responsible for any discoloration of the plaster.  How can that NOT be their responsibility? Now we have a $10,000 plaster job that looks awful. They did try to fix it but where unable to.  They also had us add all kinds of chemicals at start up to include an algecide.  The next time we went it to get our water tested the "old timer" I dealt with at the Robertson counter said that should not have been added as it could cause discoloration...  One way or another it is their fault and they have failed to stand behind their work.  Ultimately we were told to look at at our contract where it says they are not responsible for any discoloration of the plaster... I guess they slip that in to excuse themselves of any wrong doing.. Shame on Robertson Pools... .

With regard to price, they were having a special. We have been doing business with them for bout twenty six years. They have gotten a little bigger, so we don’t do our monthly service with them because they are a little pricey. But they are the ones who put the pool in and know all the equipment and age of it, so we generally use them for things that need to be done. With regard to price, we just watch for their special. They are a little more pricey than another service provider. It's just that they are people that we’ve worked with. I haven't compared it because we haven't used anyone else.

They come out weekly to maintain the pool itself. I am going to have them out in the near future to do a checkup including lubrication, cleaning and so forth of the pool equipment. I have used them over the years because I have had the pool for over 20 years and they have always done a good job. I have used them for some repair work on the pool itself and for repair work on the equipment. They always send out friendly, knowledgeable people. One reason I started using them is that they were here in town. They are a little pricey. I don't remember ever having to wait for them.

The communication is very poor with this company.  After signing the contract the calls were not returned.  I have a log of dates and times I ask for my calls to be returned.  They required all payments be made before the work was complete, with the assurance they would complete the work to my satisfaction.  Please see the information above for details.  I still would like my plaster areas to be repaired and after one and one half years have stopped calling.

I had Robertson Pools remodel my pool and spa. The job was never completed but took a lot longer than the contract had stated.  The day the pool was plastered approximately 2 months after signing the contract Robertson Pools demanded the final payment for the services but the remodel was not completed yet.  The crew still had not completed the decking mastic nor had they sealed the natural stone coping to protect it from the salt water. Many months passed and the job still has not been completed. The new coping was being eroded by the salt water and now permanently damaged.  Robertson pools is a fraud do not use them for any services from new pool construction, remodeling or service/repairs. This company might of been good in the past but currently they have major internal communication and misconduct.
