"Pool service is always a team effort between the service company and the homeowner, as both have responsibilities to ensure the pool looks good. Hiring a pool service company doesn't mean a pool owner can forget about their pool--they will still have a few things to do and check on, regardless of what pool company they utilize. Unfortunately this is a case of the customer not fulfilling their own responsibilities and not following our service agreement. We did nothing wrong. The customer indeed left town for three weeks and the pool didn't look good when she returned, but the reason was because the customer didn't make arrangements to ensure the pool was full and the water level got too low to circulate. We cleaned, vacuumed, and added chemicals to do the service as best we could, but with the water level too low for the pump to circulate and filter water, the pool is going to continue to be cloudy and not clear up. This was 100% the customer's fault. Pool companies do not add water to customer's pools during service for liability reasons. This is always the customer's responsibility. We have photo proof of low water level. Additionally, our service agreement requires a 7-day notice to cancel services in order to give us time to process a cancellation before the next billing cycle. The customer sent the cancellation in the afternoon of 10/30, about 1-1/2 days before the next billing cycle. We did not have enough time to process the cancellation and the customer was billed the next month as normal and we moved the cancellation to the end of the following month as is our policy. Per our standard procedure, we tried to continue showing up and performing the service so the customer was getting what she paid for to finish out the month but we were told not to return. Bottom line is customer was actually the one in breach of contract due to their neglect of the water level and failure to provide enough advance notice for service cancellation."
"I'm sorry, I think you have mistaken us for another company. We checked our database and and have no one in our system by that name, nor do we have any record of any work being performed at this address. Please remove this review ASAP."
